The next day I saw I could rent that same unit for $188. I went to the office and inquired and was told they would price match. I also asked about the First Month Free - that is advertised all over the place. I was told that only applies to certain units on certain days. I went back the following day with price quotes from literally any other storage place for the same size and amenities at $180 a month. A different attendant submitted the price match request. They told me they couldn't give me the first month free because I had already paid. Lots of excuses. I would suggest going to one of the many competitors in the area. The facility is clean and there are plenty of moving carts.

Long story short...I was a hot mess after the dealings with the wicked one my father was married to anyway. That was the reason we were delayed so long in the first place.
