She was gentle and chatted with me throughout my treatment, which I appreciate because it makes the experience a little less painful and awkward. The spa is located in a 70s/80s eyesore of a big brown building which is actually very easy to miss on the road. The parking lot is located in the back and is situated on a hill so it can make for some awkward parking. There is plenty of parking though once you find the place.
