The vehicle was pretty clean, and a minor paint issue was sorted before I returned to do the deal. Unfortunately, the AC that was also to be fixed, wasnt. The part needed hadnt come in, and after taking time off work to drive 1 hr each way to do deal (we both work 6 days a week) we were promised a fix when it came in. So, we did deal. Took home an escalade for 17k plus, in a growing brutal heatwave. The salesman assured us he would drive down to pick vehicle up for the fix, and return it, leaving a loaner car. 2 weeks of mostly 85-100 degree days later and a dozen 2 hour a day commutes in horrible heat later, I had to skip closing at work to drive out myself. 3 hours later, Im still in their office waiting. A loaner car was denied, so instead of getting errsnds done, or eating, here I am. This is all AFTER having to replace slide pins in brakes last week, and BOTH front wheel bearings. The first was an emergency sunday in a rainstorm on side of road repair so doubly unpleasant. The vehicle wouldnt have made it into the shop without likely losing a wheel otherwise.

When I saw the car I wanted online for a great price I went in and was immediately helped. My questions were answered, I test drove the Vehicle, and was allowed to bring it to my mechanic to check it out. Throughout the entire process Chad and Cruz were so helpful and friendly ( not pushy at all). The entire experience exceed my expectations! I will definitely be a returning customer and referring my friends and family! Karen Rugg Ps. My daughter LOVES her new car!!

One thing I'm incredibly thankful for this season, has been Jennifer and Patryk of Mint Motorworks…read more They were incredibly professional from beginning to end, all while speaking to me as if we'd been long time friends. This dealership is honest, efficient and Their cars are well cared for and they carry many different types. The inside of their office is incredibly clean and warm, and getting through paperwork was a breeze. They made the procedure easy, and without headache or hassle. You can ask any questions you may have, and they don't make you feel unintelligent for asking like some places do. After purchasing my car (2017 Chevy Spark) I had a few concerns with random check engine light appearances and brake sounds - brought it back into them and they fixed it without question, and no problems since. They know how to do it right, AND make it right. Will always recommend them.

Our experience at Mint Motorworks was a 180 from that - so friendly, not stressful, and easy. Jen was really helpful from the initial communications my husband had with her on the phone, to the test drive and purchase, all the way to the post-purchase experience where we encountered an unexpected issue. She quickly made everything right for us, and now we have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. She also gave us some tips about how much future maintenance should cost and what types of parts to go for.

Throughout the process, he made me feel heard, valued, and confident in my decision. Sometimes, as sales professionals, we forget that helping someone feel good about the decision they're making is far more important than simply making the biggest sale. Saul truly understands that, and it shows in the way he treats his customers. His dedication, patience, and genuine care made all the difference, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance. Thank you, Saul, for such outstanding service. ¡Que Dios te bendiga y te dé mucha suerte en el futuro! You deserve all the success that comes your way.

Horrible experience…read more I went online looking at a new 2026 Nissan Armada SV. The MSRP was listed at $65,465, but the dealership advertised it for $57,285 after discounts. That price immediately caught my attention. A salesperson named Karina called me and was very polite and professional. She explained that the advertised price included a dealer discount and a $3,500 rebate, and she specifically told me there were no hidden rebates and that anyone could qualify for that price. I then asked for the out-the-door price. Surprisingly, I was told they do not provide that information over the phone because it is the owner's policy. When I asked why, I was told I would need to come into the dealership to get the total price. This made no sense to me. Taxes go to the state, license fees are standard, and there is usually a documentation fee. I simply wanted to know what I would actually be paying before making a trip to the dealership. When I was told the owner would not allow anyone to provide an out-the-door price over the phone, I responded that the owner should look out the window and keep babysitting the inventory. She said to shop other Nissan dealers. In today's market, customers expect transparency, and refusing to provide basic pricing information only drives buyers elsewhere.
