I purchased a 2021 Audi Q5 from this dealership based on the advertised features and condition of…read morethe vehicle, specifically including Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation/online functionality, and a properly functioning Audi MMI system. Shortly after purchase, I discovered the vehicle has significant electronic and infotainment issues that were either undisclosed or not properly inspected before sale. Issues identified include: * Apple CarPlay does not work at all * Bluetooth/device pairing is nonfunctional or unreliable * Navigation and online services cannot connect * SiriusXM song/title display continuously blinks on and off * The MMI system repeatedly displays "No data connection could be established" errors * The vehicle appears unable to properly establish network/service connectivity * System resets/factory resets fail with "The system could not reset" errors * The vehicle still appears tied to a previous user account ("Amy Forster has remote access rights"), indicating the system may not have been properly cleared/reset before sale * Multiple warning/error messages appear relating to online services and connectivity * Audi dealership evaluation indicated missing hardware/components related to connectivity/MMI functionality I specifically took the vehicle to Audi for evaluation because the dealership initially suggested the issue was minor and "probably just a switch." Audi advised that the system appears to be missing required components/chips necessary for proper connectivity functionality and estimated repairs could exceed several thousand dollars. When I contacted the dealership and asked to speak with a manager, the situation was downplayed despite the seriousness and extent of the issues. I was then scheduled for an appointment at Addison Auto Clinic on Tuesday at 8:30 AM -- notably after the dealership's stated 10-day warranty/guarantee period. This timing is extremely concerning and gives the appearance of intentionally delaying inspection until after the limited guarantee expires. Additionally, I was never offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase, despite the dealership now suggesting these costly electronic failures are my responsibility. Had these issues been disclosed beforehand, or had I been informed that major components may be missing or malfunctioning, I would not have proceeded with the purchase under these terms. This vehicle was advertised and sold with features that are currently unusable. The system also should have been fully cleared/reset prior to resale. The fact that another individual still appears associated with remote access rights raises further concerns regarding the dealership's inspection, preparation, and disclosure practices. At this point, I am requesting: * Immediate resolution and repair at the dealership's expense OR * Reimbursement/compensation for necessary repairs OR * An appropriate remedy under consumer protection laws for a materially misrepresented vehicle sale I have documented the issues with photos/videos showing: * Connectivity failures * Failed system reset attempts * Warning/error messages * Nonfunctional online services * Prior account still linked to vehicle * Ongoing infotainment malfunctioning Selling a vehicle advertised with features that are unusable or potentially missing required hardware is misleading and unacceptable. I am preserving all documentation for submission to consumer protection agencies, BBB, Yelp/Google reviews, and any further legal or regulatory action if necessary.

Horrible experience…read more I went online looking at a new 2026 Nissan Armada SV. The MSRP was listed at $65,465, but the dealership advertised it for $57,285 after discounts. That price immediately caught my attention. A salesperson named Karina called me and was very polite and professional. She explained that the advertised price included a dealer discount and a $3,500 rebate, and she specifically told me there were no hidden rebates and that anyone could qualify for that price. I then asked for the out-the-door price. Surprisingly, I was told they do not provide that information over the phone because it is the owner's policy. When I asked why, I was told I would need to come into the dealership to get the total price. This made no sense to me. Taxes go to the state, license fees are standard, and there is usually a documentation fee. I simply wanted to know what I would actually be paying before making a trip to the dealership. When I was told the owner would not allow anyone to provide an out-the-door price over the phone, I responded that the owner should look out the window and keep babysitting the inventory. She said to shop other Nissan dealers. In today's market, customers expect transparency, and refusing to provide basic pricing information only drives buyers elsewhere.

The Good, The Bad , The Ugly…read more The good.. The advertised prices on their vehicles are better than other Jeep, Chrysler,Dodge dealerships. I checked most dealerships in a 50 mile radius. The Bad.. Keep an eye out for add-ons!! After reviewing the Bill of Sale and paperwork BEFORE signing, there was approx. 6K in UNNECESSARY and unwanted add-ons! I was originally told I had to purchase these add-ons. Obviously I refused and decided to wait and see if the advertised price would come down which it did. By waiting 3 additional days I saved approx. 2k on the purchase. Also I had to literally scratch off the add-ons and send the paperwork back and actually point out the nonsense. I also took a hit on the trade in which was about 10% percent less then KBB had my trade in listed for after I used the salesmen computer in front of him to show them they were getting over on me there. My trade was offered for sale the next day for almost 10k more then I received like I pointed out it would. Also FYI don't let the dealer use the "you're getting a tax credit" excuse when they give you the trade in value because you will get that from any dealership. The Ugly.. I came back a couple of days later after the advertised price came down on their website. I didn't negotiate any additional discounts after coming back and asked for a new Bill of Sale with the advertised price to close the deal. When given the new Bill of Sale I was handed one with some of the add-ons added back to it. Again I had to scratch them off and send it back. Upon receiving it again, (when the salesperson does the "I have to talk to my boss thing") with they add-ons removed, the Sales manager lowered my trade in to cover the cost. Keep in mind that is NOT a type o. That has to be manually and purposely done changed. When I saw that I went to talk to the "boss" personally and tell him to stop the B.S. I almost walked out right there due to a shady business practice. The correct Bill of Sale was then reprinted and I decided to go through with the purchase because they did have the best price on the vehicle I was looking for. In closing READ EVERY LINE of your paperwork and if there is anything you don't like address it BEFORE you sign. Overall I was ok with deal but just keep in mind all dealerships are running a business and like any business they are looking to make a much as they can on every deal.

We arrived to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and trade in our previous car. This new car was a…read moredemo but sold as new so we were getting a couple thousand off the price. We drove the car and tested it everything went okay until we purchased the car and AFTER we bought it they told us that the lady driving our car had taken it home already. Absolutely unexpected and absurd. They claimed we had to return another day to pick up our vehicle they had said that when we pick up it up it will perfectly detailed and cleaned up for us. When we arrived it was a complete disaster. We had to wait about two hours for our car to be ready. So we sat around and waited while the frantically tried to clean the car. When it was finally ready the car was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned at all with scratches on the outside everywhere indicating they just wiped the salt off of the car and didn't even clean it. After we complained they told us to just take it home and schedule another appointment to get it detailed again. When we got home the car was leaking oil everywhere in our garage and on our driveway causing us a horrible disaster at home. We then had to drive 40 minutes all the way there to drop off the car again a couple of days later and then had to drive back to the dealership again to pick up our car. During this we received a loaner Jeep Wrangler which went fine. After it was finished again we had to drive 40 minutes back to get the car. When we arrived again the car looked almost worse than when we got it. The car was still scraped up and disgusting inside with an absolutely foul smell. The workers tried to make excuses and told us "this is what happens when you get a demo car" The manager Ken quickly got aggressive with us and yelled that we could squash the deal. We discussed this option and decided to go with it. After that it seemed like they were not expecting us to accept the offer because they then admitted that they already sold our old car. We decided to just take cash for our car and squash the deal with the new car and go home. They also did not let us take our license plates either insisting that they need to be discarded. After paying for a tint that we don't get to enjoy, Having to take numerous trips there and back. And dealing with rude staff and a mess at home this entire situation was a complete headache. This was one of the worst situations me and my family have ever dealt with and we are disgusted and flabbergasted with this dealership. They are planning on selling this Jeep as brand new agin so beware. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE MONEY,BUSINESS, OR TIME.

Really disappointed with DuPage Jeep. When I bought my vehicle, they pushed the "Tires for Life"…read moreincentive, but conveniently never explained that you supposedly have to service the Jeep with them continuously for it to actually be honored. I even asked someone in the service department about it and was specifically told I could have the vehicle serviced anywhere I wanted. Now suddenly they're refusing to honor the incentive because I didn't service it there the whole time -- even though I've had the Jeep serviced at another certified Jeep dealer. What's even worse is that this requirement was never included in any of the other contract paperwork I signed when buying the vehicle. Honestly, it feels like this was done on purpose so they'd have an excuse not to cover the tires later. This feels like a complete bait and switch. If this requirement was so important, why wasn't it clearly explained or clearly documented from the beginning? The whole thing feels misleading and shady. I'll never buy another vehicle from DuPage Jeep again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else buy one from them either.
