Early Monday at 8 am, Thomas, Vincent & Jeff showed up for work each assigned to a task & worked diligently to get my system replaced & provide me with cool air system by 7 pm. None of the workers took a luncheon break and worked until the job was completely done and the area cleaned up. Jeff was wonderful to explain the new system to me upon completion of the work, and provided me with the homeowner's information packet for future reference. Coast to Coast in fortunate to have such dedicated workers. They were a great group of workers that the company can be proud to have working for them.

In spite of his busy schedule, he squeezed ours the very next day which is Saturday. Had he not checked that there's still few days left in the evaporator warranty, it could have cost us more or even resort to replacing the whole system. He managed to get us a new evaporator for free from the manufacturer (Goodman), re-routed the new copper lines through the attic instead of going underground which is much better when it comes to troubleshooting any potential leak issue. Charged up with new compatible refrigerant. John is very thorough and knowledgeable as well. He clearly explained any questions I had. Not to mention that he is very responsive too, that makes him very reliable. Overall, we're very satisfied with his work. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIR PRO SERVICES.

M&S Air conditioning…read more One morning, my Mitsubishi whole-house thermostat displayed a "Replace Me" message. Since Mitsubishi and M&S are affiliated, I decided to go with M&S for the repair, as their parts are covered under a 12-year warranty. When I called "Amanda," their AI receptionist scheduled an "emergency" house call which wasn't for 7 days. Great! I informed her that the issue was the thermostat and requested that she have the technician bring the replacement part. However, the technician arrived at the end of the scheduled period on a Friday afternoon without the part. I rescheduled with "Amanda," but the next scheduled repair never materialized. After I made another call, they informed me that the part was not in stock. On the third appointment, the technician finally arrived at the end scheduled time with the part. He installed it in just 22 minutes, with a labor charge of $418. The technician also broke a fastener reinstalling the cover to the unit and taped it shut. Despite the inconvenience and the fact that M&S is a "Diamond" dealer for Mitsubishi, I will regrettably never use this company again.
