Nick is awesome to deal with as well, and my most recent experience really drove that home. At around 5:00 PM, tenants at one of my properties contacted me to say their AC wasn't cooling. This is Florida, so a house without AC can become miserable pretty quickly. I called Kelly's expecting that, at best, I might be able to get them squeezed onto the schedule sometime the next day. Nick surprised me by saying he could have someone at the property in about an hour. That kind of service is hard to find. My tenants were extremely grateful that they weren't going to have to endure a sweltering night without AC, and as a landlord, being able to make one phone call and know the problem is going to be handled is worth a tremendous amount. After years of dealing with Kelly's, I can confidently say they've consistently been honest, fair, knowledgeable, and responsive. Marc was professional and promptly diagnosed the problem of a bad fan motor and capacitor. Fixed within an hour and a half and resolved the issues and now we feel so much more airflow in the house. M&S Air conditioning…read more One morning, my Mitsubishi whole-house thermostat displayed a "Replace Me" message. Since Mitsubishi and M&S are affiliated, I decided to go with M&S for the repair, as their parts are covered under a 12-year warranty. When I called "Amanda," their AI receptionist scheduled an "emergency" house call which wasn't for 7 days. Great! I informed her that the issue was the thermostat and requested that she have the technician bring the replacement part. However, the technician arrived at the end of the scheduled period on a Friday afternoon without the part. I rescheduled with "Amanda," but the next scheduled repair never materialized. After I made another call, they informed me that the part was not in stock. On the third appointment, the technician finally arrived at the end scheduled time with the part. He installed it in just 22 minutes, with a labor charge of $418. The technician also broke a fastener reinstalling the cover to the unit and taped it shut. Despite the inconvenience and the fact that M&S is a "Diamond" dealer for Mitsubishi, I will regrettably never use this company again.

Noticed on Monday ac was not holding temperature. Made an appointment with another HVAC company, who came out on Tuesday. Said they couldn't find a problem but noticed the Freon was low and to keep an eye on it. Worked fine until Wednesday - called again for them to come out. Made an appointment for the next day - not only did they not come at the assigned appointment time, but were put out that we were not home. Said there was NOTHING they could do until the following Tuesday - -one week from the initial call / problem and "guessed" what the problem was without seeing the inside unit. On Friday am I called another company for another opinion. They patiently answered all of my questions before I made an appointment with them. Since we were NEVER told to turn off the system they initially had a hard time determining if and where a leak might be. Anyway they were able to finally locate the problem (NOT THE LINES) and in the short term offered us a portable AC unit while they fixed ours. They found the problem - drove 1 1/2 hours each way to get the required part - and fixed it as promised. It was not an easy job or fix but they were patient and explained everything. The cost was substantial but much less than we were led to believe by the other HVAC Company. Please give them a try if you need any HVAC services!

He went to the warehouse supplier and pickup the needed part and got back in an hour and proceeded to fix all that was needed. We were also needing out annual,maintenance, and Sebastian did that also, and at a discounted rate since he was already at our place. The great thing is when maintaining, they do not disconnect the Freon lines to verify the operational efficiency of the unit, which saves a small amount of leaking while connecting and disconnecting the gauges. We are extremely happy with this service
