They sent over their salesperson Geoffrey and he gave us a quote of 41,000 yes that is correct 41,000 stating all the duct work needed to be replaced plus new copper lines in a house that is 7 years old. Yet he never once went up in the attic to even look at any of the existing duct work. Needless to say, the quote was ridiculous. Got two other estimated from other companies at 15000 and 16,800.

Called Jerry to look at our new unit which he installed about 6 months earlier. The unit was…read moretripping the breaker occasionally. When he came out, he immediately said the compressor was bad and probably wasn't covered by the warranty. When I started to push back as to why it wasn't covered, he said there was a few things that he could try to see if it would fix the problem. He suggested to install a hard start and a surge protector. Then he looked at the unit and said it needed a deep cleaning because it was too dirty. I asked how it could be dirty since it hasn't been running that often (this was a second home; we live up north). Jerry said that we're in a dirty area and the unit pulls grass into it when the lawn is cut. The unit is about 3 feet in the air! Long story short, we reluctantly agreed to the repair and told him that we will be leaving in a few days, he said that was no problem and would schedule the service. The service never happened, and we told him that we didn't want any work done while we are gone. I texted him to cancel the service and he agreed, also said that he would refund our money. After weeks of back and forth with him where the refund check was, he apparently blocked me. No more communication and NO REFUND ISSUED. Don't trust this guy, we will hire a reputable company to look at it when we return. Yelp has my house location wrong! It is near New Port Richie, FL
