I had a large oak tree removed in front of my house. It was a tricky project because it was inches…read morefrom my house and the work, and close to the sidewalk and my landscaping. It had to be done right - no taking chances. The company was recommended by a neighbor with a complicated tree removal. I was happy with the service. A crew of men finished the job in a day and a half. No cherry picker - they climb the tree directly while harnessed and cut each piece one at a time. They worked from the outside of the tree in. Each piece is tied to a rope and lowered with control, not dropped. This produced a large amount of sawdust all over the front yard but there is no way around this. At my request they worked with my neighbor to cover his pool with a tarp because of the sawdust that comes raining down. They did clean up the paved areas afterward. The only thing is some of my succulent plants in my yard had pieces broken off but nothing drastic. I thought the price was fair. As with other small businesses, they were willing to work with me on price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional tree work. Experienced, insured, friendly, easy to communicate with.

I am so very impressed with Franco Tree Service. We had a very BIG job for them--7 redwoods that…read morehad to be removed, and two trees to be trimmed. Their quote was the best out of everyone we contacted, and although it ended up taking them 3 days to finish the job, they worked hard and fast, and did an amazing job. They trimmed up our massive willow tree beautifully and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We also asked them to trim our birch tree, but they let us know that it wasn't the right season for it since birches are sensitive. Loved how they really knew their stuff. Will definitely reach out to them again for future jobs.

Aly showed up on time, helped me understand what they'd do, when they'd start and when they would finish. The estimate was fair. They got to work and completed the work on time. Each day, the job site was clean. It was a big job and the result looks great! Aly's also offered a couple of suggestions for additional improvement. From the estimate to completion, the process was very professional. Something I wasn't expecting when they presented the estimate was the inclusion of copies of their licenses, bond, and other insurance information. Definitely would recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Aly's Tree Trimming Service…read more I contacted them because I had a partially broken branch during a windy day, and I was understandably concerned that it could fall and cause damage. Because the situation felt urgent and potentially dangerous, I needed someone to take care of it quickly. Unfortunately, I felt that the urgency of the situation was used to justify an extremely high price. I ended up being charged roughly twice what I would normally expect to pay for this type of work. I understand that emergency or same-day tree service can cost more, but the amount I was charged felt excessive given the work involved. I wish I had been given a more reasonable and transparent price rather than feeling pressured to accept a very high quote because of the immediate safety concern. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting multiple quotes before agreeing to the work, even when the situation seems urgent.
