I've been doing this for over a year. No issues not one and when I tell you the woman at night is tough if I leave 1 piece or hay she's serving my head on a platter. Lady if you she any idea what these looked like before you would know I did a fantastic job. She then decided to call the manager and get me banned from "washing my guinea pigs stuf". They also got stains removed which we already gave up fighting. Finally, the wife in the shop has a fashion design degree for a reason! The first warning sign should have been when they asked me to sign a damage waver for my wife's dresses. They had black and white on them so they couldn't guarantee they would make it through the wash. Ok... what is the point of the professional cleaners if they can't wash an article like that (which is dry clean only)? In any case, my wife's dresses turned out OK, it was my normal clothes that they butchered. 4 out of the 5 shirts they cleaned and pressed were missing the collar stays when I got them back - awesome (this has never happened at other cleaners). Adding to that, the person who ironed them must have been drunk because they were wrinkled throughout (photos will be attached). As far as my pants, well, they too were pressed by someone who just did not care. They had double creases running down the legs and one pair (less than a month old) were given back to me with the button hanging on by a thread... it has since fallen off. ... my mind continues to be blown when I think about this place. I only went because they are close to my house... Looks like I'll be heading back to the cleaners near my office. Ohh, I almost forgot. Half of the shirts had my name stapled(!) to the tag with two staples. Nothing like trying to pry staples off your shirts while trying to head out the door in the morning. Are they serious?
