A co-worker of mine see's Dr. Harneet Saini and recommended that i give her a shot, so i did. Not only is she a genuinely nice person she also makes her patients feel completely comfortable. Coming from someone who has always been afraid of the Dentist i can honestly say i look forward to going now. So if your looking for a Dentist in Manteca I definitely recommend you try her out.

I went here when I had dentical and no job. The place is old fashioned but what got me was the…read morefact that the old lady was evil and wicked acting. Mind you this is during Covid 19. She told me I'm not doing any fillings because I don't want the water to splash back up on my face. I'm like ok. So she told me if you get your root canal done at a different office my office can make the prefabricated crown. Under dentical this office seemed to be the only office that made prefabricated crowns. Trust me I made so many phone calls. So after being told that I made my appointment and came back to the next appointment. I ended up going to my appointment 1 hour early because my ride said if you want a ride you have to go now because I have to be somewhere. So I took the ride and was waiting outside the office until it would be my time to go in. I saw a Hispanic young guy walk out of the office and I asked him if he had just gotten a dental filling. He said yes I just got a filling. Mind you I was told previously that she was not doing dental fillings. So I went into the office and asked Dr. Bermudez about that and she was just rude, evil and nasty acting. I had to walk home that day and she refused my appointment saying she didn't want to do the prefabricated crown anymore. She just made up excuses. I had read the good and bad about this office before coming here but I like to see for myself. And I didn't like what I saw. I did file something against this office with the dental board of California but they couldn't do anything about it. I do not recommend this office. Even the front guy at the dental desk was crazy acting. I'm just going to be 100% honest. It almost feels like we have dentist here in stockton that spiritually have something going on with them and they are picking and choosing who they want to give good service too. Like they are putting some people under a judgment and working good for others. Either way it's unethical practice and these types of offices need to be shut down. I never once raised my voice with this lady she was just acting like she came from the pits of hell.

They truly make you feel cared for. I had a dental emergency in the heart of the COVID-19 crisis. Dr. Reed is a young dentist who recently graduated from UOP School of Dentistry and joined Dr. Toy's practice. I am sure that I will have interaction with Dr. Reed in the future also. I had a mini crisis that I wanted to have checked out by a dentist. I stopped by their office last Friday afternoon. Even though they close at noon on Friday, Dr. Reed was still at the office and the door was unlocked. I spoke to Dr. Reed at length about my problem. He was very pleasant and patient explaining how his office works and what I should do next. He suggested that I call Stephanie of his office staff on Monday. I was out and about this afternoon so I stopped in and talked to Stephanie. She told me that if I fill out the paperwork, they would be able to see me immediately!! That was a pleasant surprise. I was seen by Dr. Toy. A very calm and knowledgeable Doctor. They first took an xray of the area of concern and within a few minutes Dr. Toy was probing around in my mouth with 'those tools'. After several minutes of doing that, he asked his staff to bring in some charts so he could explain to me what was going on and what my options were. I was very impressed with his demeanor and knowledge and with the time he spent with me going over the details. Now that I have all the 'facts', I am in a position to make an intelligent decision. On my way out I stopped by the reception desk to pay. Stephanie said the only charge would be for the one xray!! Wow.. what a shock.. I was anticipating being charged for the time the Doctor spent with me. I thank Stephanie, Dr. Toy and his staff for the consideration they showed me today... "I think I found me a 'new' dentist!" :)

Anyhow, if you want to save some money from dental malpractices and to save you the headaches and not to mention the mouth aches like I have had before I went there. Now, I only wanted to do a cleaning and whitening done. He was determine to keep me as a long term client and that he will work the insurance out to give me a good deal if I would allow him to work on my crowns that fell off a year prior.(which I thought that was about him) so I agreed to have him work on me. Man, was that a bad idea. He talked a lot, he gave more attention to his assistant than my tooth he was working on. I tell you, it was the worst experience ever. I had 4 crowns and 3 route canals that had to redone the following year to only get it completely fixed. Extra cost that I didn't think I would have to do. And he still wants to charge me over $4k for the incomplete work he's started. Dr. Prato, I'm begging you not to do this to anybody else. Please, it's time to hang your hat and quit and enjoy life. You're a great man, just not a good dentist anymore. One truthful review is all you need.
