I didn't get a call back for over two days and then Mark's rude and untruthful response was "I had 187 calls to return". Maybe that explains why when you call Sprinkler Master for help you get referred to his "Hinlickity's Ice Cream Parlor Cash Only" business. Mark, maybe you should stick to scooping ice cream for cash only as you don't know how to politely answer calls of long-term customers. I would suggest you avoid this business as there are many other responsive sprinkler companies that don't need a "cash only" ice cream business to survive
