We used to order days in advance and sometimes you'd still wait for it when you thought it was just a pick up. That being said, Brian is like a mad chemist, there is a method to the madness. There is a reason his many customers are loyal to this day. He is undoubtedly the best paint color matcher in the tri-state area. His knowledge of old school methods and doing it the RIGHT way the first time is bar none what the paint industry has forgotten with their chain like mentality. Brian keeps the paint world grounded and his customers happy which IMO, is worth any kind of wait. It took me a long time to realize it but experience like Brian's doesn't grow on trees, it's a dying art. Brian is one of a kind.

Then when they finally came, they picked the day where it rained the next day! They came (3 people) and started to pain on top of my old swelling and peeling paint without any prep work! Then they left a few hours later without letting us know what's going on. The spots they painted peeled right off and they wasted my paint they I supplied! I texted them to see what's going on and when they are back, they said not to worry they will be back because they need to get some primer to use because the paint kept peeling. And then they never get back to me! It's been weeks now! Wtf? It kept peeling because you don't peel and scrape the old paint that was swelling and bubbling .... I can't believe these people don't understand the basic principles of painting! I'm a nurse and I seem to have more painting knowledge than these people! Please pass the word along to friends and family NOT to HIRE these people!

While they did not have what I was looking for, the owner gave me an alternate solution AND gave me a piece of scrap he had in place of what I needed free of charge.
