Sarah Hodgson has been absolutely wonderful. She follows up with me personally and goes above and beyond to make sure that I have the best hearing aids possible for my symptoms. Recently, she contacted Oticon on her own to find out why my aids were reacting the way they were. She also suggested a TV adapter which has changed the way I watch TV! A wonderful difference.
