The $29 covers an examination, a brief (but in depth) massage chair session and some minor adjustments. Actual adjustments, aka cracking your back like a glowstick is $35. I was not expecting to spend more than $29 at my first visit so I was a little off-put, and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Their program, on the other hand, seems very reasonable, $99 a month for at least 6 months (with early termination fees if applicable) for 4 sessions a month, or $35 for any adjustment. They do not take insurance but keep their prices competitive and low. They use a lot of technology at this practice, including laser and cryotherapy. Might be your thing, might not be. Doctor seemed plenty knowledgeable and I was even sent home with a sheet displaying various stretching exercises.

I had been suffering from debilitating low back pain and sciatica (down BOTH of my legs), as well as constantly tight and burning traps. Within a few weeks of upper cervical care, not only was I aware that my body was healing in significant ways, other things were changing that I hadn't even realized weren't working properly, and that I had no idea had anything to do with chiropractic; I was sleeping better, I was thinking more clearly, my anxiety was gone, my digestion had improved (I had a number of food sensitivities), and my allergies, which were getting fairly severe, went away completely. From the front desk (Sophia) and all the staff that I have seen there, they go out of their way to know you and show that they care. Currently I see both Dr Brendan, Dr Kathryn (physical therapists) and Dr Evely (chiropractor) there and I appreciate all their knowledge and wisdom in my recovery process. I really don't think I would have progressed in this long season of post-surgery recovery. I truly appreciate their individualized approach and care while also encouraging me to not be discouraged in this season of my life physically. You can tell they put the client first and you feel valued and they truly listen to how you are doing each week and try to tailor the exercises and therapy based on how you feel. For physical therapy, I get a lot out of a one 30 minute session versus a larger run-of-the-mill physical therapist clinic who see many clients at one time where they often use a cookie-cutter approach. I also like how they incorporate the manual therapy techniques in their sessions besides just the exercises. For chiropractic care, I have been doing the ultrasound and regular adjustments for my back and knee. The table they also use really helps to align my hips and lower back. Both for chiropractic and physical therapy care, they also have used various manual therapy techniques like cupping, massage gun, stretching and manipulation techniques which have all helped in my journey to recovery. I am thrilled I found them when I did. If you want a great physical therapy integrated with chiropractic care, don't hesitate to check them out!

He's made helpful recommendations for supplements to try for pain and sleep assistance and has shown me videos of PT exercises on YouTube I can do at home instead of spending time and money going to a PT. To be honest, if he tried to sell me something, I'd buy it without hesitation because I trust his opinion so much. He takes his time with every patient and best of all, he doesn't forcibly crack your neck at all! Dawn is also great and sends text reminders before every appointment. I do find that I usually have to a longer wait time in the afternoons after work than if I go earlier in the day. Even when I've had to wait 45 minutes, I don't mind it because I know I'm going to be feeling better after I leave.
