Sarah Hodgson has been absolutely wonderful. She follows up with me personally and goes above and beyond to make sure that I have the best hearing aids possible for my symptoms. In fact they call them hearing instruments and they really are, in the right hands. He set a decibel maximum so loud noises wouldn't be jarring and he tweaked them to match my particular hearing loss. I had hearing aids about 12 years ago and they were really awful. They made everything shockingly loud and I wound up retuning them. So I was not expecting this to be helpful but my Dr, Dr Sarnov (another great Dr., btw )recommended I try again. I am SO GLAD I did! I feel 20 years younger! I was at a social event last evening, the same day I got them and I was able to hear all of the conversations in the room and because of this, I was able to make a little joke about the topic of conversation (dogs) and everyone laughed at my joke. I can't tell you how good that felt and I realized how much I had grown accustomed to missing. If you are thinking about it...do try them. But make sure you go to Morabito, where they really take the time to help you hear again.

Dr Pulli is the real deal. He's an amazing doctor and takes time to listen to concerns and explain things. I loved him so much that when my son was having reoccurring sinus issues I schedule him for a visit with Dr. Pulli. He was amazing with my five year old. Dr Pulli talked to my son and listened to his answers even if In typical five year old fashion it was long winded. I felt very at ease with our conversation and course of treatment for my son. Also the nursing staff and receptionist were extremely friendly and nice. The nurse talked to my son like he was her own. It makes my heart happy.
