I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. They gave me an early appointment so drive up early and from San Diego for the 8 AM appointment, about 9 AM they called and said he couldn't find a parking space. Which was odd because I was in front of the house and yes, parking is a challenge up there, but I didn't see the guy and if I had, I could've let him park in our driveway. We have a lot of vendors at the house so I usually wait out front when I know a new vendor is coming to assist with the parking. I tried to reschedule and they suggested two days which unfortunately I couldn't make work - when I called them back to reschedule for the following week, they said they weren't available for several weeks. I see that they're highly rated and I guess they have the option of treating a customer this way. I am tired of vendors who treat people like this. I was disappointed and will not be using them. I can only imagine what will happen when we schedule work at the house, no thanks.
