I highly recommend Mor Air. Mario was extremely professional, quick and my AC was fixed within the hour. Prices were fair and honest and will continue to work with him in the future. read more

Last year these guys installed a 3 zone mini-split AC. As was the 1st one of these that I've ever owned, I didn't know that it needed to be serviced once a year (duh!). Last week, the unit was leaking on my wood floors- be cause it needed to have the lines serviced- mind you like I said this was in the midst of our 1st heat wave- They came out 24 hrs after I called and did what they had to do. They're good dudes- trustworthy- I have no reservations about recommending them. read more

Everyone at this business is fantastic. Amy and Gerry in the office, Mario, the owner, and Gabriel, the tech who's been to my home twice--I cannot recommend them enough. Every question is answered promptly, fully, and with a smile. The response time is great. Paperwork and scheduling has been a breeze. And, most importantly, the work on my HVAC system was done well, with care, and is functioning properly. In a world where good vendors who care are hard to find, I'm grateful I have them. read more

I use Mor Air every year for their maintenance service and love it! Gabriel is always so professional, kind and respectful! Highly recommend them! Recently someone tried to tell me my ducting was torn up by rodents and needed replacing recommending I redo everything! Thankfully I asked Mario to give me his opinion and quoted me just for what actually needed to be done. The other tears were artificial tears and didn't need any replacing. People you can trust! Will continue to always use them! read more

They were very professional, I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Mor Air is the best!!! Mario, the owner, answered my call after 5:00 pm and arranged to be there the next day. He did a thorough inspection, pointing out some questionable work done by a prior company that was causing a short. He ordered the parts and Gabriel and Andrew came out the following day to do the work. They communicated well through the entire process, were very polite and friendly (even though it was 95 degrees out), and gave me some tips for saving money and getting the most out of my system. Don't waste your time shopping around. Call Mor Air and trust you'll be in great hands! read more

Juan, Fabio, and Gabriel took care of us. Fixed our unit that was improperly installed. Communication was good and they were prompt.

AC tech Gabriel Portillo from MorAir Inc did an amazing job on my service call. Gabriel was very professional and meticulous to make sure everything was working properly. While documenting everything he was also explaining the readings and answering all of my questions showing the true knowledge of his craft. Thank you Gabriel for continuing to make sure my AC continues to work smoothly. read more

This is the third time I've had Mor Air come out to save the day. And they did. Jorge came out, diagnosed the issue, proposed a couple of solutions. Jorge explained the benefits of each approach and I felt confident about my choice to just do it the right way even though it cost a little bit more. Once the drainage pipes were replaced, we could see that it was 100% the correct choice. I understand that home repairs, especially HVAC, can be very daunting. As consumers, we research as best we can, we aren't HVAC pros, and a lot of us are struggling to make ends meet these days. It can be overwhelming. You just want somebody who knows their stuff and you want to be able to trust that you're being treated/charged fairly. Don't worry, call Mor Air. Amy or Jerry will get you on the books. Mario or Jorge will come out and get your home back to the temperature you want it to be. Thank you, Mor Air! I appreciate being able to trust you as people and professional technicians. read more

Brandon and Gabriel were a godsend for us. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. A lot of times you feel like you get scammed by some techs out there and this was NOT the case. They explained everything to me with pictures so I knew exactly what I was paying for. 100% love this company. Been using them for 4+ years and always recommend them! read more

I just wanted to write a quick review regarding Gabriel Portillo, He works for mor air, he was doing some work on one of the houses in my neighborhood. I came outside to ask some questions regarding my heater that wasn't working well, and Gabriel was very knowledgeable regarding the filter system. I was able to fix the problem on my own. i'll be reaching out to set up a mainteance read more

Mor Air did an outstanding job for me in getting my relatively new AC unit running again. After a power outage in my area, my 3-month old AC condenser stopped working. Manufacturer technical support solutions also did not work. More Air was able to diagnose the issue find a subtle but critical setting that disabled communications between the Condenser and the furnace and reset it properly. This took a few visits and they followed up on my work until it was completed successfully just before the last heat wave. read more

Mario and his team have helped us since we moved into our home 10 years ago, and they're amazing. They're respectful, professional, responsible, efficient, and thorough. Mario, Favio, and Humberto recently replaced our AC/furnace unit, and did a fantastic job. They explained every step and decision to us, were communicative, followed through on the details, and were able to help quickly and efficiently. We're incredibly happy. We'll stay Mor Air customers forever. read more

Nothing but great things to say about Mario and his team! From their responsiveness to the quality of service, everything was 5 stars. We hired them for HVAC maintenance as we were having some issues with our furnace not starting. Mario was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and fix it, as well as other issues with the way our system was set up (detector in the wrong place and furnace box not properly sealed as well as insufficient air flow), all of it for a very competitive price (their maintenance plans are particularly interesting and flexible). Brief anecdote to show the care and professionalism of this team: we needed an additional air vent installed as part of the repairs. A few days after the work was done, we noticed chipped/damaged areas of the ceiling where the new vent had to be inserted and which hadn't been properly patched up. We let Mario know and he quickly sent us someone to fix it and our ceiling is now as good as new! read more

These guys are amazing! Gabriel was out this morning for a service check and he was quick, super nice and very informative. 10/10 we will be using the guys for our air again read more

Our AC went out last night with 100 degree weather today. We called several places first thing in the morning with no call backs. With luck and a referral from a family member...we got Mario as our technician today from Mor Air. He came first thing with all equipment needed and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. He looked at the overall efficiency of our unit, was very knowledgeable and gave us useful tips and recommendations. He was kind, professional and efficient! Highly recommend! read more

Amazing service, Amy is so helpful and detailed, she has sent great techs who take care of their customers, billing is never an issue and she is always happy to clarify any and all questions you might have. They also have a team who follows up with you for regular maintenance in case you forget (which is always the case). Great experience! read more

I want to thank Mor Air for the amazing tune up service, Mario the owner hands down has the best staff, they go above and beyond. Gabriel was my technician, he was on time, he walked me through each step of the tune up service, he explained everything. He cleaned the coils, brand new air filter and I feel so good going into the Summer with the 100+ heat that my AC is gonna be good to go!! If you are looking for a great experience, friendly technicians, and quality for your money, do not look any further, Mor Air is the best in the HVAC game!! read more

Mor Air is a fantastic HVAC company, and that is clearly obvious from the many positive reviews here. To share some aspects of my experience - Knowledgeable: Throughout the process I had various questions relating to the efficiency of my system, the rebates, installation, inspection; and every single time I came out of the conversation feeling satisfied with the information and better equipped to continue carrying conversations before and during the installation process. - Communication: In the early stages, when I was still in the due-diligence phase, communication was excellent. I spoke with Mario many times and felt guided through the process as well as informed. This carried over while the job was active, I always felt like I was able to reach Mor Air and felt pleased to be able to use different forms of communication. Not to set the bar too high, but when there were technical aspects of the equipment it felt easier to communicate via email, when there was something going on during the day I could text and get a reply or call right away. Mario sets the bar incredibly high when it comes to this. - Budget: I am confident that anyone doing their homework will find Mor Air to be a company with competitive pricing with an incredibly high bar when it comes to quality of work. I researched many many HVAC companies in my area and by the end Mor Air rose to the top for many reasons. Mor Air is a recommended DWP HVAC company and luckily my system qualified for a rebate. - Peace of Mind: When I finally settled and decided to go with Mor Air, I did so because I had gained so much confidence after the many interactions with Mario. This was further solidified after the work started and I got to see the crew work in my home. Lastly, when you speak with Mario and he explains the equipment warranty, labor warranty, and inspection process you know your system will be installed, calibrated, tested so thoroughly that you leave feeling in good hands after making such a major home improvement investment. - Crew: I had the pleasure of interacting with most or all of Mor Air's crew and they were all very pleasant. Every single person was friendly and respectful of the space they are using while they were in our home. I wish I could highlight every single person, but I am trying to keep this short, so I'll highlight Juan who was the lead installer in our home. On a few occasions I could hear him motivating the crew, he sometimes allowed me to see the progress they were making, and I could just tell that he was just putting 110% effort into the installation. The TLDNR here is Mor Air is a company that cares about quality, and I am confident that anyone who works/interacts with them will see that come through immediately. read more

Mario and his team took us through the process of installing a dual-zone heat pump from start to finish, and we are so glad they did. First, I called around to A LOT of places and took advantage of free in-home personalized estimates - Mor Air stood out right from the start. Mario was the only one to take detailed measurements and make sure that every estimate both met my specifications and would actually fit in my space. Others were not nearly as meticulous and I really appreciated that my estimate was true. Second, whenever we got bogged down in the research to figure out exactly what we wanted, Mario answered our technical questions clearly and competently, and always took the time to make sure we felt good about our decisions. It was a big purchase and Mario made sure we understood how to "read the numbers" to get what we wanted. Finally, Mario helped us figure out how to balance the air flow in our older house, and it has made such a difference! Overall, the units are quieter, way more energy efficient, and the house no longer has different temperatures in different rooms. We are very happy - thank you to Mario and the team! read more

Without question, Mor Air Inc is the best AC repair company in town! They are professional, friendly, communicate extremely well, and possess outstanding knowledge of HVAC systems. Gabriel showed up on time, and was able to run full diagnostics and come up with a permanent and satisfactory solution which two previous companies were unable or unwilling to do. Installation of a rigid return air duct to replace the was scheduled and completed three days later, and the work performed was top notch. The previous company which had replaced our duct system refused to consider the installation of a rigid duct, even after the flex duct which they had installed collapsed a total of THREE times, with two replacements installed. Yet Mor Air Inc was amenable to a very obvious and permanent solution to an ongoing issue. I will heartily recommend Mor Air Inc to anyone looking for the absolute best in the industry. read more

My A/C decided to go out on me after only 2 years since its last service (I guess getting it checked annually is a thing after all). The weather was heating up and I didn't want to be stuck without A/C. The kicker is, we're in the middle of a pandemic and my boyfriend and I are in the higher risk category for the virus. On top of that, my mother is living with me during the stay-at-home period. Needless to say, I didn't want any stranger entering my home. The company offered by my home warranty couldn't guarantee their technician could properly assess and fix my issue without entering my home, even though my A/C unit is in my backyard and previous techs didn't need to enter the home at all. I contacted Mor Air and let them know of my situation, and Mario was VERY accommodating. He came by, went straight to my backyard, and through a closed window, we communicated and diagnosed the problem, a bad capacitor. He replaced it, and even hosed down my A/C condenser before he left. He had all his PPE equipment on and was very courteous and understanding of my concerns. I paid him via CC through an invoice he texted to me and we were done! I highly recommend Mor Air if you need to service your A/C, but have any concerns during this uncertain time of quarantine. read more

Had an old ac unit that was too large for the house and kept dying. Mario and the mor air team replaced my old unit with a split system. The split system works really well. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Also I was able to get great recommendations for other contractors through Mario like an amazing plumber and roofer. Funny our electrician also was friends with him; small world. Great company they do great work. Easy to get along with and reasonable. Also very reliable; they always show up on time and if you have an emergency like i had some emergencies before replacing the old unit they come out right away. Like last summer on a 90 degree day the ac stopped working and they came out asap to fix it--they helped patch the old unit but the unit had never been cleaned and was over 15 years old and everything in it was dying and it damaged some like beams in the attic because it was just the wrong size for the house. Anyway the plan was to wait to do the roof so they helped patch until we could do the roof and then at the same time we installed the split system. Because he has worked with the roofer a lot it was very easy they all coordinated with eachother; very easy. This roof was 80 years old original to the house the hvac was 15years old. Happy to have a new roof and HVAC that works now. read more

Wow! Mor Air is great! I had Mario come out for a diagnostic of my heater. He found the issue in no time. Once that was resolved, Gabriel came out another day to do a much needed service and maintenance of my system. These guys are professional, competent and explain with patience the problem and the solutions. Gabriel spent a good amount of time cleaning and tuning up my system. He did a thorough job and is very knowledgeable in his profession. My heater is working better than ever now. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. I'm so glad I found a reliable and affordable company for my aging HVAC. read more

Called this afternoon about an issue with my furnace - everything would turn on but no heat would come out. Mario told me over the phone that there was an inspection fee, but that it would be applied to the repair cost and he could come by 2:00pm (he showed up right on time). Mario diagnosed the issue in about 20 mins and found the part nearby. After getting the part, he finished the repair and tested the system - it was all working back to normal! He packed everything and was very clean. (It was as if he was never there). His price was very reasonable especially for such efficient and responsive service. Excellent service! Would recommend and would call Mario again for my AC annual service! read more
