It was a very pleasurable experience. We ordered, grabbed our drinks, and didn't have to wait long before he brought the food to our table. Again, he was smiling--like he actually enjoyed his job. He made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us to eat. Mind you, we lost our "local" Schlotzsky's and had to drive about an hour to get to this one. We usually eat there once or twice a month, so I know what to expect. This sandwich was a step above. Maybe it was the euphoric high from experiencing good customer service outside of my normal haunts, or maybe it was just the fresh ingredients and the fact it was warm from the oven. Either way, it was good.
