She ignored my comment. She folded the garment bag in half and said make sure to unfold it to hang so you don't get a crease. I laughed and said don't think it could get creased then it is! I sent an email to the store when I got home thinking that this was a mistake that they didnt steam it. (there is a steamer sitting at the front desk) They replied they sell too many dresses and just unpackage them upon arrival. I have been to many stores and never had my garment look like they just unbagged it from shipping. Even cheap stores in the mall dont sell cloths this way. I spent a GREAT deal of money on this dress and expect it to come looking nice. My daughters friend got given the wrong size, I can just imagine the nightmare they are going through. Would not recommend this store! Go try on as they have lots, then order online or from a different store!
