Dr. Moore is an absolute delight and his right hand Nurse is none other than his phenomenal wife Mrs. Susan Moore. I went in last month to have some work done on a birth defect. My consultation was free and I left feeling over joyed that Dr. Moore was extremely hopeful for great results. The day of surgery everything went great although it was a little bit more labor intensive than anticipated. The results were amazing! We still have a little ways to go but Dr. Moore and Nurse Susan have been Stellar. At my previous check up I had just found out that I needed surgery on my knee and Mrs. Susan recommended that I have a facial with Ms. Cindy. Today I had my Facial and I now feel like a Million Bucks! Cindy definitely helped me unwind and relax. My skin feels supple, nourished and hydrated. So super smooth. The negative reviews about Cindy Clark the aesthetician are accurate. I had gotten a facial done, trying for the first time like many have commented. She did not fulfill all the steps for the facial, and Moore Medspa charges quite a bit--higher than most places. For this premium price, you would think their senior most aesthetician would administer the treatment with a certain caliber. I would steer clear from Moore Medspa and not ever go for any services with Cindy Clark. read more

Not knowing anything about Dr. Moore I went to The Moore Center for a consultation to have the gynecomastia surgery. He talked a good game and made me feel like he could really do it and he knew what he was doing. While I was in surgery he did a procedure I didn't ask for and we didn't have a consult about. He also cut into my tattoos on my chest ruining them. Weeks/ months later I went back to the office for some touch ups and consults, which NEVER seemed to work and he ALWAYS kept saying that I was still swollen and it will flatten out which it NEVER did. Over $5,000 later I'm still NOT happy. I still have the same results as DAY 1, he just added ugly unnecessary scars. I asked if I could get a refund and he didn't even consider it. I also asked if he was happy with his work and he said we had come a long way and showed me a picture that was obviously photoshopped, I responded back by showing him my own personal pictures from day 1 to now. I'm still very UNSATISFIED and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. He ruined my chest for the rest of MY LIFE. We did see at the beginning on his website that he did the gynecomastia surgery, but now after my procedure it doesn't show up on his website that he offers it anymore. read more

20yrs ago I saw Dr Moore for a consultation for s surgical procedure. (A bonus son prohibited the surgery) We moved away from the area and over the years I explored the surgery with several other MDs but never felt as comfortable as I did with Dr Moore so I never moved forward. We recently moved back to the area and I immediately scheduled an appointment to see Dr Moore. I am now 1 week post op and can not express how pleased I am with every single aspect of my surgery and the results. Dr Moore and Susan listen to your concerns, make suggestions and give you honest feedback regarding expectations. They are genuine,caring ,and I just can not give enough positive feedback about the entire staff. Went in for dermaplaning. My suspicions were already raised when booking the appointment because on their website it said to schedule a free consultation so I thought (having never had this done before) that perhaps one needed a consult before this procedure so I scheduled for that and something else. Then in an email exchange it seemed the office was under the impression I was coming in for the procedure, not a consult. After inquiring as to price, etc I decided to schedule since a consult apparently wasn't necessary HOWEVER their website has erroneous pre/procedure info for dermaplaning. The info is meant for microblading. Thought it pretty odd they didn't mention all these beforehand but did as it said which of course was totally unnecessary. The consult for the other potential procedure was a joke...was like a consult that wasn't a consult. I was never asked if I'd had dermaplaning done before or if I had any questions. Then during the dermaplaning all of a sudden I felt discomfort. Cindy didn't comment so I figured nothing had happened, that perhaps she'd just hit a tender patch of skin. Upon check out the receptionist didn't remark either so I still thought everything was okay, the area was just sensitive. Get into my car and see this...and also missed areas of the dermaplaning. Thought about going back in but then decided "I'll just never return". She had to have seen the scrape and blood her no mention of it or offer to put antibiotic ointment on or anything. I went to see Dr.Moore after researching a few different doctors as I thought I was doing the right thing he said all the right things and so did his wife I felt comfortable even though the price they gave me was higher than all the others I had my surgery in april full mommy makeover after having 5 kids I had lots of loose skin on my belly and loss of fullness in my breasts so after saving money for a few years and taking out of our 401k I went for it surgery went well but after days my belly never looked different just swollen he and all the other doctors that I went to said all I need was a mini tummy tuck since I lost so much weight on my own when I woke u I had a scar from hip to hip he said that he had to do it because when he was pulling me skin down it just kept coming so he had to make a bigger incision and that i was going to be so happy yeah right my stretch marks are all in the same place he never redid my belly button and he only did a very small amount of lipo suction on one side of my stomach which lead me to have indents on one side he also gave me a nipple reduction which led me to having 2 different size nippels and 2 different size breast enough that I have to put a this sock under one in my bra to lift it so it matches which I could have dealt with the most thing that bothers me is the tummy tuck or should I say lack of tummy tuck that he did I still have so much loose skin and a bulge at the bottom of my belly that is extremely noticeable in ANYTHING I wear after so many times of me expressing how horrible and UNHAPPY and BOTCHED I was he refused to help me even saying that I gained weight and that was the reason that my belly was the way it looked now that he did a excellent job how can you gain weight and gain skin and stretchmarks HMMM yeah I went to a few other surgeons for consults and THEY ALL said the same thing that all he did was repair the walls in my belly and tie my original belly button down so he didn't have to pull down and cut excess skin and sewed me back up hense no tummy tuck was ever done after $8500 gone im left with breast that are not equal one breast has no nipple the other has a small one and a huge bulge that I now cover up wearing loose shirts exactly the polar opposite of what I thought I would be wearing AND OFCOURSE A SURGEON WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY NOT ACTUALLY DOING THE JOB THAT HE WAS PAID FOR AND A PATIENT WITH SEVERE DEPRESSION AND IS FORCED TO LIVE THAT WAY THANKS DR.MOORE;( read more
