i cannot say enough good things about dr. chisolm. he is the best doctor i've ever had by far…read more his knowlege and expertise are way above average. his bedside manner is excellent. his nursing staff is kind and professional. he is able to do a lot of testing right in his office. he sees you in a timely manner and is able to electronically order your prescriptions. he always remembers what's going on with you. i was really impressed when i came to his office 45 minutes before they opened with food poisoning and he was able to get me a hospital bed reserved while he stabilized me until a friend was able to drive me to the hospital. most of all, dr. chisolm really listens.

Though I have seen many doctors and PAs come and go I continue to get appointments right when I need them and spot-on diagnoses. Julie was great for me every single time I saw her. Now that Dr. V Wilson has a large group backing him I expect there to be big changes. Fewer Sat. hours is the only negative change I have noticed so far.

I told them the secondary insurance pays that and they said they no longer file secondary for patients. I told them I needed my super bill so I can file, they said they don't provide it. Reluctantly paid the copay and seen the doctor. When I was brought around for labs, they too verified my insurance and said I had a copay. Told them no I have a second insurance. They said there was no place on their form for a second insurance. I left. They never notified their patients of this policy change.

Competent, but not impressive service. The problems arose in November 2022 when I finally got Covid, even with boosted vaccines. I home tested, yep, positive. Being over 60, I called the office at 8:30 in the morning to see about getting the antiviral Rx. 24 hours later, no return call. Called again. 4 hours later, and now a day and a half after the first call, finally a call back and a phoned in Rx. Fast forward to January 23, another illness. Felt worse than Covid. Called first thing in the morning. By mid day, I gave up and went to an Urgent Care facility, quick diagnosis and an Rx. The next day, I finally got a call back from Dr Smith's office. Told them I no longer needed them. BTW, 3 days after my Urgent Care appointment, the UC office called me to check on me. With my Covid case in November, I never got a follow up from Dr Smith's office. If you are looking for an office for routine check ups, this office is competent. If you need medical attention, they are worthless.

She is very professional. Nine years ago Dr Chisolm and I were having a normal office visit. He was reviewing the notes from a liver specialist I'd recently seen. The specialist told me to slow down on my drinking. He wasn't that concerned. Dr Chisolm point blank told me if I didn't stop drinking I was going to DIE. So, I stopped that day! About a month later I found out that I had cirrhosis of the liver. The doctor at the hospital told me if I hadn't stopped drinking I would be dead. Give them a try; you will not be disappointed.
