I deeply regret choosing this place for treatments. During my consultation, I was assured RF would effectively address my concerns, but after spending $960 on six ineffective sessions, my request to switch to microneedling was denied. I ended up spending an additional $224 on microneedling, bringing my total to over $1,300 in two months, with no results. I was later offered a modeling agreement, under the promise of 2 complimentary facial treatments, including a facial the same day. Trusting this, I signed the agreement and had the facial, only to be charged $79 afterward. To my shock, the owner jumped in to claim the consent was only for two extra RF treatments--treatments that had already proven ineffective during my sessions. On my last visit the owner admitted my condition is difficult to treat and RF results aren't guaranteed--information that should've been disclosed upfront. Adding to the frustration, the owner consistently responds with a generic apology to dissatisfied customers, showing no accountability for their practices. While Keiko and the receptionist were kind and professional, the owner's dismissive and inconsistent handling left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I hope no one else has to go through this frustrating and costly experience. read more

There was no pressure to purchase any products or additional services. My face felt and looked great after the facial. I did decide to purchase a year contract for facials because of how I liked the serviced, plus it gives a discount on the facials. I would highly recommend this spa. read more

Called and got same day appointment for eyelash extensions. They came out beautifully! The owner made me feel comfortable during the 30-35 min appointment. She also gave me a COMPLIMENTARY eyebrow threading! I have been to many places to have my eyebrows done and they either end up being misshaped or not quite finished & now my eyebrows have never looked better ! I also have been doing the laser hair removal procedure on my underarms and after 8 paid sessions I didn't see the results I wanted so they made the ethical decision to give me 3 COMPLIMENTARY sessions. Be specific about pricing, and it what may or may not include. The prices on pamphlet differ than prices charged. After paying for facials and services for my daughter and myself, I was called back 15 mins. later and told I wasn't charged for one of the services. I wasn't charged for the henna tattoo-and don't mind paying what I owe, nor do I short on gratuities. I had other concerns: pushing monthly membership and such. Since I paid cash, I ask for a printed receipt when I returned. Dilsha added handwritten procedures to the side (which were services provided). Personally, this was ok by me, but certainly not for a business-one who wants longevity-with customers and IRS. Sorry, but I got that shyster type feeling... The esthetician Jessica, was pleasant and professional. I would use her expertise again, but would never recommend, nor visit Body Bright. Mia is amazing!!! I've never had a facial or anything like that before coming here and all the stuff are very welcoming but Mia is my favorite! Not only is she incredible at what she does but she's super sweet and I already consider friend as well as my go-to facial expert. I received my second chemical peel recently and the first one was great but the second one I could really tell the difference in my acne, redness and marks. The product they use is wonderful and doesn't burn like chemical peels can but the staff is always super attentive to when I'm uncomfortable at all by the product. Today was my 1st visit. My therapist was Mrs. Dee (not 100% sure of spelling). I had a conciliation with the possible option of a facial if I liked what I heard and was interested in getting one then. So some back story of why I went...I'm turning 40 this year and in the last year maybe year and a half I have been really noticing more sun damage and wanted to fix it. So I was thinking of chemical peels. (I also have a masters in cosmetology and know a bit of info in this area, but definitely not an expert!) So I wanted to hear what her expert advise would be in order to improve these sun damage spots. She was very informed and encouraging that she could reverse my damage. She explained how she would like to approach doing this properly (which depends person to person how she would move forward) I liked her aggressive yet sensible plan of attack...I also loved that they dona membership there! And being in this industry I know what these treatments can and do cost, but I was impressed with the VERY reasonable costs! I decided to start now. I recieved a facial with TWO treatments today and I'm excited to see my results as time goes! Mrs. Dee was very knowledgeable as well as not pushy. I'm only half way through my laser hair removal services and I have seen some improvements, but feel as though after about 3-4 treatments there has been no chaHowever, I am not very pleased with the customer service at this location or the response from the corporate office. The owners are currently in transition and both are highly unprofessional and lack general knowledge. The scheduling process has been terrible as of late and they go against all research I have found regarding how often to have these treatments. They want you to have them as close together as possible for their financial gain, not for your best possible results and I feel this is ethically wrong. They also have odd days/hours which make it very difficult to schedule. PSA, I previously wrote a good review of this place. Naureen the owner offered me a discount on additional treatments if I wrote a good review. She watched her phone and awaited it's posting. However, after that is when the customer service declined. I can only speak for the IPL, but if you have this done and insist on going here do not schedule with Naureen or "MissD" as I feel they rush through the treatments and you do not get what you've paid for. read more

I've been doing laser hair removal on my legs for a while now at Body Brite and the progress was really slow in the beginning but now they have a brand new machine and it works AMAZING! In my last few sessions, I've seen the best improvements and have lost about 70% of the hair on my legs. Just a few more sessions and I'm sure I'll be hairless! I have been getting laser treatment and I have completed my second session. It is very painless and quick. The facilities are extremely clean and they always find a way tom give you the best deal for your money. I am in college so my budget is limited but they still make it affordable. I started seeing results after my first session but am excited to see how much better it will be following my next session. Very nice and attentive woman but I bled from my Brazilian and I have tough skin. This was my first time bleeding from a Brazilian and I have them monthly in a variety of places (cities and countries) as I travel often. I've even had them in a few beauty schools and they haven't been this painful or bloody. But she was nice and attentive and I guess was working alone today so may have been a little stressed. Maybe a naturally painless procedure would be an enjoyable experience here. But this one took longer and really hurt. read more

I came in today for a microneedling session with Naureen. I have gotten microneedling in the past, but they used a different pen called the innopen. In the past, they glide the pen over the skin. But, she used the stamping method which results in dots all over the face. The worst part is that it does not cover the entire face, just the dots that were treated. There is still a lot of skin left untreated. Also, she scratched underneath my eye and I have three scratches. She was rough and kept getting product in my eye. Also, she DID NOT USE GLOVES, which is unsanitary. Waste of money. read more

This procedure did not work for me. I went to 8-9 sessions for most of my body and none of the hair is gone, most of it grows slower but none is fully gone or even thinned out any. I suggest that you try one small section at a time to see if it will work on you. read more

I usually don't review many things, but I feel that I should warn people about purchasing the laser hair removal treatment. The promise of permanent hair removal is, in fact, a lie. Not only have I experienced this, but one of the technicians even told me this herself. The treatment will get rid of current hair follicles, but does nothing to prevent the development of new hair follicles. Unless you want to come in every month for the rest of your life, the treatment is useless long-term. Now, the hair is growing back faster and darker, even in places where there wasn't much hair growth previously. I came to BodyBrite under the assumption that the IPL laser hair removal treatments would finally fix a problem that has made me self-conscious for years, and instead, they ended up making it way worse. Just use a razor, nair, or anything else. It's not worth it. read more
