I was very nervous going in, and after the first session I was overwhelmed by how dark my brows were- but that's to be expected, after a few days the color lightened and faded and my brows look great- totally worth the investment! The hair removal process takes time- but it's working! All of the laser technicians and staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I recommend Lavender med spa for all your aesthetic needs and wants!

I deeply regret choosing this place for treatments. During my consultation, I was assured RF would…read moreeffectively address my concerns, but after spending $960 on six ineffective sessions, my request to switch to microneedling was denied. I ended up spending an additional $224 on microneedling, bringing my total to over $1,300 in two months, with no results. I was later offered a modeling agreement, under the promise of 2 complimentary facial treatments, including a facial the same day. Trusting this, I signed the agreement and had the facial, only to be charged $79 afterward. To my shock, the owner jumped in to claim the consent was only for two extra RF treatments--treatments that had already proven ineffective during my sessions. On my last visit the owner admitted my condition is difficult to treat and RF results aren't guaranteed--information that should've been disclosed upfront. Adding to the frustration, the owner consistently responds with a generic apology to dissatisfied customers, showing no accountability for their practices. While Keiko and the receptionist were kind and professional, the owner's dismissive and inconsistent handling left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I hope no one else has to go through this frustrating and costly experience.

I did decide to purchase a year contract for facials because of how I liked the serviced, plus it gives a discount on the facials. I would highly recommend this spa.

I have been going to Laser Lights since February for laser hair removal and am loving my results!…read moreVida is experienced, professional, and informative. She is also so warm and truly makes you feel comfortable with your experience. At my first visit we also discussed treating my melasma--an incredibly difficult-to-treat skin discoloration usually due to hormones. She explained different ways it can be treated, but just how persistent and frustrating it can be even with treatment. With all this in mind, I chose to do the treatment she recommended and loved my results! Some of the hyperpigmentation has come back, because hormones and the sun exist--even with my use of hats and sunscreen, but that's just the nature of melasma. The treatment we did worked wonderfully! I plan on doing further work with her in the fall when the sun has lessened some of it's summer intensity and it will be easier to get a handle on things. Overall, I have loved my experience here and will keep coming back for services even after I no longer need laser hair removal. Laser lights is excellent!

I do not like giving bad reviews but I also do not like being treated rudely…read more We've come here quite a bit in the past , which equals a significant investment of money . We stopped for a while and just out of familiarity, decided to try this same spa again. Let me pause here to state that on many visits I was told by the staff that they were not certain how to do the payment method I was using for their system but we ALWAYS ALWAYS stopped at the desk to make payment. Fast forward to my most recent appointment where I was told would be free. We ended up getting a shot which I was under the impression was a sample but nevertheless knew would be no charge because Christy (the owner) said 'when you get your order in the mail you can give it back to me.' Also because the staff told me there would be no charge. By my interpretation that means no charge right? Because when we get our order, we are returning it. Ok? Maybe I missed something. When I told the owner, Christy, that I was told it would be free she sarcastically says to me 'where did you think the payment would come from? It has to come from somewhere.' I cannot spend my money with people who are sarcastic or rude to me. The Second issue is she repeated a few times that I had a balance from an old bill when I used to come there, which I did not know about and was not informed about. Her exact words were "well some people just run up out of here". That was the nail in the coffin. I have never and will never go into a business, use their service and "run up out of there". I am a business owner, I pay my bills and we went there for quite a while at the time. If my intentions were to steal services I wouldn't have been a return customer nor returned at this point. I've gone to the desk every single time on the way in AND on the way out. And as I mentioned earlier, many times those girls were young and had trouble manipulating the payment and didn't know what they were doing. That had nothing to do with us; we thought that we had paid and came back to our appointment the following week. We were never informed of anything afterwards. I'm fine with paying the past bill but will not be returning. Something I learned in Marketing 101 years ago was that 80% of your business comes from repeat business. I say that to say if I were a business owner, I probably would've not spoken to a customer like that and preferred to have them as a returning customer going forward. Lesson learned; very rude woman.I do not like giving bad reviews but I also do not like being treated rudely.
