I have prepaid over $2500 for services and had them scheduled. Both appointments were canceled by the business with the next availability offered two months later (so three months after I paid for services). This is insane! Also when I called to Buford location to reschedule they don't even talk to you. They forward the call to some scheduling location. The excuse for cancellation without notice is that their system did it because I didn't confirm the appointment. It is stupid because I already paid for spot, so business doesn't lose anything. One of my appointments was cancelled without notice and found out accidentally calling to schedule my other appointments which they cancelled and promised to reschedule (plumbing issue supposedly). I had already got a nanny to come over so I am out over $300 just in child care costs. Seems like their model is to collect upfront and then have you chase them for appointments. That's too much money for me to do that. There are plenty of businesses that will be happy do the work timely And professionally. I have requested a full refund.. waiting to hear. read more

The staff is friendly. My issues is the constant rescheduling and limited equipment. I've been rescheduled 2x for an initial appt for a procedure. The machine is apparently broken and they can't get a tech out or parts or something. Get a backup machine! Please do not use this company and do not get Ultherapy done. I am on week 11 of getting this procedure and still have serious pain in my face from this procedure, that of which I only received 2/3 of the lower face. After researching, I have learned you can get permanent nerve damage in your face and fat atrophy if done incorrectly. Ideal image will not return my calls or refund my money. I have called numerous times and they do not care. I am looking for a doctor now that can do a nerve test on my face. Please research ultherapy damage before getting this procedure. Also, I would not trust this company to do any other procedures as they are so unprofessional. When you call the corporate line it just rings and rings. When you call the office they do not want to help and claim corporate has to handle. Do not trust this company!!!! Update: the left side of my lower jaw is numb to touch and the right side has mild numbing. I am currently week 12 post op. When I apply make up to my face or wipe my face, it causes pain in the area where I had ultherapy done. My face is now asymmetrical as well and one side droops. See photo below. Ideal image told me this does not qualify for a refund and I was medically denied. I currently have a doctors appointment scheduled for August 18th to check for nerve damage. We paid for the hair remover service for daughter (12 appointments). We paid in full but could never get appointments scheduled because they didn't have personnel, they canceled three appointments we had scheduled as well. The contract expires in 16 months from time of payment. Lesson learned never pay for services until they are complete. I would discourage everyone from visiting this so called place of business. I wrote a review yesterday and just realized it's disappeared so I'm reposting it. I signed a contract with Ideal Image for cool sculpting and put down half of the cost. I booked my first session for 12/31/21 but due to family/financial issues, I called to cancel and was told that my deposit which was $2700 was non refundable. My appointment had already been canceled at that point so I rebooked for 2/2/22. I was called around 6:30pm on 2/1/22 to tell me they had no staff for my appointment so it had to rescheduled. The earliest date the could give me was a month away in early March which I told them was unacceptable so I was told I would be called back as they are trying reschedule everyone whose appointment had been canceled. Over a week went by and I had not heard from anyone so I called again and asked to speak with a supervisor/manager and I was told I would get a call back. Another week went by and no one had contacted me from ideal image. I called again and this time, I was told a case for refund was going to be requested and that I should here back from which ever department that handles that. I still asked to have a supervisor/manager contact me. Another week has passed and I'm still waiting on someone from ideal image to contact me. At this point I've been told an appointment is not available until June/July. This is a large corporation and I cannot understand why they chose to deal with paying customers like this. I would absolutely NOT recommend Ideal image for any cosmetic procedures to anyone. Edit: I received a phone call from Ben Braughton today 3/3 who in a very cold tone basically read me the same script from the last time I spoke with him back in December. They will not refund you unless it's a medical issue. Also, because I refuse to put anymore money down for a service I can't even get an appointment for, he is now telling my they will not reschedule me until I have given them another $1500. Please DO NOT sign a contract with this company. The unprofessionalism is unreal. I asked to have this issue escalated and I was told that he, Ben, was the highest department the issue can be escalated to. Mind you, back in December when I spoke to this same Ben and I asked for his upper, they had someone called Abigail call me and speak with me....which I'm finding out today is from the same department as Ben. In other words, they don't care once you have signed a contract. So at this point, it's either I call it a loss, or give them more money. This is the ultimate in overcharged under deliver. Sight up for a consultation originally on a Sunday morning with an absolutely gorgeous perfect woman telling me all the things I wanted to hear I'm a 68 year old man suck me in like a ball in a whale's hole. But the fact is they always underestimated the cost of a procedure by at least 50 to 80%. I spent thousands for what I could have gotten at some other place that I knew were reputable for much less money. Then I noticed that I have a new $299 charge because I wanted to call them up and tell them what horrible job they did for nothing no changes minimal they said they got the pictures you know but whatever. So a charger was actually going to be $600 under there Premier 299 customer thing was nothing compared to what I could get someplace else oh we didn't get enough of that oh we underestimated that oh and we're sorry that we missed your appointment let me tell you. I would just these people as far as I can because I was trying to get my 299 that they arbitrarily charged me I stayed on the telephone for three different times for over an hour and a half each time and no one answered my damn call. I would say if you want to be invited to the worst possible scammers Liars in the world these people are them. Don't give a credit card because they are betrayally charged anything that feel like charging them and so you're their sedated supposedly in your face and they only didn't get enough and so we're sitting there oh that one included in the 299 we're going to charge you more than that. I went in for coolsculpting on 09/17. The machine would not attach properly, so the nurse stated that they would start a refund for the payment I made (in full) a month in advance. I contacted my online consultant who was very helpful and she even stated that she had not heard anything yet from the Buford location. I have called and no one answers. I've left messages and they never get returned. Do yourself a favor and do not invest any money in this place. I had no actual treatment, and they have went silent on the $1255 that I paid in advance for it-- I'm not done pursuing this until there's a satisfactory result... you pay for a service and when they don't deliver, they ghost you--- bad business!! read more

I have had a horrible experience getting the services that I paid for in advance in good faith. I was denied service on my first visit because the tech said It hadn't been long enough since my last Botox treatment. She had no idea when I had the treatment because it was another salon. But, that ended up being an excuse because when I scheduled another appointment I was told I had to have a Drs. note saying it was ok to do Botox. The Drs office sent her the approval, I also sent proof. So when I reported for my next appointment the assistant told me the person assigned to work on me wasn't there that day. (HUH??????!!!) I was getting upset at this point. Then she came back and told me they couldn't do botox. I reminded her they had a Drs approval. She kept coming back with different reasons. Whoever was managing the office was feeding lies to this poor girl. Soooo, I give up and I want a refund. A great cosmetic surgeon has been doing my treatments with no problem but the money I would give her is tied up by Ideal Image. I came to Ideal Image thinking I was getting a good deal but after my experience I'm beginning to think I am dealing with dishonest people!!! I really do not know how anyone is able to get an appointment with ideal image. In planning my trip back to visit friends and family (which I try to do about twice a year), I began trying to set up an appointment 2 months in advance. I was told their calendar does not go out that far, and to call back in a few weeks. Which I promptly did, counting the days, as I was trying to arrange my other plans around the appointment. When I called again, I was told their schedule was already filled for the entire following month. I don't even know how that is possible, if it is true they could not make appointments so much advance. But somehow there are people who are able to make their appointments, and I have no idea how. I started trying over 2 full months prior to my upcoming trip. It does seem a bit odd that a company who relies on appointments, cannot take down an appointment if it is over a month out. My dogs groomers can do that, so it does seem ideal image should be able to also. Apparently it is not their policy to do so, but it is a mystery to me how one gets an appointment with them at all. Frustrating, to say the least. Especially when trying to plan around the appointment (exact dates, hotel reservations, etc). I have been happy with their services in these past 5 years (Botox, lip filler), and therefore have always waited to have these done again when I am back in town. It has gotten increasingly difficult to arrange an appointment in the more recent years, (no one answering the phone, and/or promises to phone back later, but never a call comes, so to phone them back again to experience more of the same). But until this time, I was able to manage an appointment, knowing in advance to give the process a couple of months to be able to succeed. Not knowing how one manages to get an appointment with them now, i have had to find another place. Sad. read more

**Please take time to read over Ideal Images HQ page on BBB, they have over 1,700+ complaints. That should be your first red flag.** Currently filing a complaint with BBB over this location due to them trying 'restart' my treatments at session 1 when I was at session 7 of 9 before covid started. If I want to 'finish' this new set of treatments I'll have to sign and pay for a new contract after I already paid for my previous agreement. They will tell you what you want to hear and once they get their money you're on your own. Def do your research and look for other options than Ideal Image because it's a scam. I can almost guarantee that if covid didn't happen they'd think of another reason to 'restart' my treatments and put me in this same position. read more

I purchased a package the first week of Feb. They told me to call the center right away so I could schedule the appointment quickly. I did and they scheduled for a month and 21 days later - the end of March. I find that misleading and unethical. They told me they would put me in the wait list but I have heard nothing. If I had known I would have never purchased the package and gone elsewhere. Reading other reviews confirms that there is a trend here. They either need more providers and work on weekends and evenings OR they need to disclose their lack of availability before they sell you a package. read more

DON'T DO IT!! Ideal image is a scam! I paid over $5,000 to have laser hair removal. It did not work in multiple areas.  You have a contract that they don't tell you about where you only have a certain amount of times to get your appointments in. It is IMPOSSIBLE to even make a appointment, you end up going every 3 months, if that. So you end up not even getting all your sessions. When I called to discuss this they would not give me any more sessions without paying and they would not give me a partial refund. I was told when I signed up that if the laser hair removal did not work for certain areas you could get some of your money back. Again this is a scam do not do it. There alot of different places that do laser hair removal for a lot less and I'm sure you'll actauly be able to make appointments. read more

I would not recommend doing any kind of business with Ideal Image. I have $4800 in coolsculpting, which $1800 was taken from my account and the rest financed. My appointment was scheduled almost 3 months out and they had me booked for 5 hrs.They tell you after the first 5 mins your skin will go numb.The nurse was already concerned when I got undressed because over half my body is tattooed. The sales rep knew this from the consult,and never said a thing about the fact that the matlatics in tattoo ink could cause you to burn.I stayed for 12 mins being hooked to 2 locations on my side and admonen.It started getting hotter and hotter to the piont were it felt like a severe burn.The nurse who works for ideal image was very nice,but she told me it would more then likely happen again.I have lupus and fybromygia and have to inflammation meds. That's also a no go with this procedure. I was severely bruised and it burned me above and around were this suction device layed.I have tried to be calm and even was willing to switch the money for something else but im at piont were im ready to contact my family lawyer and let him deal with this.I went to my dermatologist and have a letter that is not recommend for my skin.I have also have a master cosmetology license and master cosmetology teaching license. That includes skin care.For anyone looking to have this procedure done I do nor recommend this business. I havent been contacted back .It's ovisiely because they care more about taking ppl's money and not caring about the customers well being ,much less the ones who feel in a scam for $4800 for a whole lot of nothing and not even being contacted back.I felt completely scammed and I would not wish this on anyone . read more

I paid around 1100.00 for treatments at the Buford, GA office but no one will call me to set up an appointment. The receptionist who took my payment over the phone told me 8 days ago she would contact me the next day to set up my appointments. She never called nor texted. I told her I get poor phone reception at work and she said she would text me. I have left about 5 phone messages with their office. I have gotten no response. I have had good results in the past with their nurse practitioners. But, they have too many customers and not enough practitioners. Scheduling has always been an issue and I should have not returned. But their online deal drew me in. My next step is to go to their office in person, but it is out of my way and ridiculous to have to do so just to speak to their secretary to set up an appointment. I will not use this company again. But, I am praying I can get these last procedures done and they don't take my money and go out of business. The contract I signed says no refund. I was very pleased by the medical providers during my first two visits but my third appointment was a disaster. They called to say they were 30 minutes behind, and I told them that would interfere with my children's pick up schedule. I was told they would call me back and try to get me in the next day. I never got the call and when I called back I could get in for another month. This error caused me to miss a needed appointment before a vacation. I am very disappointed at the lack of consideration and unprofessional handling of the error on behalf of ideal image. It is one thing if I canceled the appointment because of something I had done or caused.... but for them to have moved the appointment and not called me back or rescheduled in a timely fashion is incredibly disappointing. If I could give it a minus rating I would. I sent 1800 for a anti aging treatment which first of all hurt like hell. The girl said it shouldn't hurt that and we had to stop about four times.
