I received medication for severe acne from this dermatology clinic, and I had pus and blood oozing for about a week on injection spot. When I inquired about it due to diarrhea and my skin peeling from the prescribed topical and oral medication they gave me before, they told me to stop taking it, and that issue was resolved. However, the skin where I received the injection became hardened and it feels like something is festering inside, and it's not getting better over time. So, I inquired about what medication they used because I wanted to go to another hospital, and they said they have no records of it. When someone else called again, I asked if they either didn't have a record of injections or didn't know the medication's name. When I asked about it, they told me someone else would call again, and they just hung up. And when they didn't call me back by the agreed-upon date, I called covington branch again day after, and they told me to contact the main branch? Waiting forever~

I've been going to him since I was a teenager struggling with acne, and he is a great doctor and an awesome human being. Unlike many doctors I've gone to, he never rushes your appointment, and he takes his time to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. His office is also well run, and his nurses are very friendly and nice. I regularly visit several doctors due to a genetic endocrine disorder, and appointments can be such an ordeal; I've had my share of negligent, uncaring doctors and unorganized, difficult offices. Dr. Harris's practice is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had... every time. With my teenage bad skin days behind me, I continue to see Dr. Harris for check-ups and a few things that have popped up (literally). I actually recently had three minor operations in the past couple of years that Dr. Harris performed, and everything went smoothly. He is meticulous and careful, and he made what could have been a painful ordeal and recovery absolutely a breeze. He walked me through everything honestly and thoroughly. On top of his skill, he is quite possibly the nicest, sweetest man in the world. Seriously - I could NEVER imagine him in even a slightly bad mood. I have seen Dr. Edmund R. Clement, M.D. last fall and he is an absolutely and truly amazing…read moredermatologic physician. Before I saw him, I was suffering from extremely severe eczema that severely burned and itched all over my neck and on my own chest. I did not have nor had I made an appointment prior to going into his' office. I called his' office the same exact day that I had been suffering from a very severe and aggressive eczema problem and I asked his' front desk person (secretary) if it would be possible for me to come in immediately as a walk-in on that very same exact day. She said that she did not know if Dr. Clement would see me at all. Luckily, he agreed to see me. When I walked in, the first thing that his' secretary asked me for was my health insurance card and my identification card. I handed them both to her. Right after handing her my own health insurance card and my identification card, I signed in his' office as a brand new patient. She then handed me the paperwork that needed to be filled out for and by new patients. I filled out all of it completely and then gave it right back to her. I did not wait long at all after handing her my completely filled out new patient paperwork, I only waited for approximately ten to fifteen minutes. One of the nurses had then came and called me back to go inside one of the many examination rooms. I then patiently waited in one of the many examination rooms for about fifteen to twenty minutes. After approximately fifteen to twenty minutes of waiting inside one of the examination rooms, Dr. Clement walks in. Right after he walked in, he kindly introduced himself and politely asked me how it is that he can help me. I told him about all of the symptoms and problems that I was and had been experiencing that day. He asked me how long the problem (the eczema) on my neck and my chest had had been going on for. I told him that it had been going on for approximately the last three to for days and that it would start to progressively get worse. He then proceeded to start to shine a bright light all over my own neck and chest in order to examine the eczema more thoroughly. Afterwards, he sat down and told me that I was completely right about the eczema. He also then have me two different topical cream prescriptions, a steroid one and a non-steroid one. He said told me that the steroid one should help would not burn when being applied onto the affected area. He was absolutely completely right about that. He told me to use it until all of the eczema is gone. I had done exactly that. I was really relieved and amazed at just how quickly it worked after the first apply. Dr. Clement has a wonderful bedside manner and is also a very knowledgeable and professional dermatologic physician. His' staff is also kind, professional, and wonderful. Dr. Clement also answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. I most definitely do recommend Dr. Edmund R. Clement, M.D. and his' staff. He truly is one of the best in his' field and profession.

I saw Dr. McClure for all of five minutes when he informed me he was unwilling to prescribe medications that I have been on for the past 13 years. Dr. MCclure said he would refer me to someone else in his practice who would be willing to prescribe my medications. I would just need to schedule another appointment and pay for another visit. Metroderm will not get any more of my business, time, or money.

The admin says I can change and I tell her I wore shorts. She says okay - let me ask the doctor. Then the office manager comes in and says - we need photos for the procedure and I said yes, I wore shorts and point to my thigh that's clearly visible. The office manager returns and says we will be cancelling your appointment and issuing you a full refund. We go back into the waiting room and I tell my husband - we can write a review on google and yelp on this place in which he replies and says I wouldn't want anyone working on your body that is unprofessional. Then the office manager says she doesn't have to give us a refund and it's a courtesy and if we don't like it she will call the police. We got our refund, left and I would hate for any woman especially a young Black woman to ever be threatened for such an instance. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.
