She was talking so loud that everything she said could be heard in the waiting room. I came in and waited in line for 10mins to sign the sign-in sheet. There was one lady in front of me the receptionist was assisting. I politely asked for the sign-in sheet (was not asked to sign in. So I asked for myself). Afterwards, I was to "sit down and I'll call you up". The IPad I was given to complete registration on was filthy (not cleaned between patients). Once called in, my medical care provider rushed in for just a few minutes... and that was it. The nurse was the best part of my visit. She was kind, patient, helpful and friendly. There are several medical providers in the office building. I can only speak for the one I had and the service I received and saw for myself.

I agreed to see a PA and was seen by Daniel Lor, PA-C. Not only was Daniel very professional, but he was so kind and caring when it came to my issue. When I returned for my follow up weeks later I did have a longer than usual wait period due to doctor short staffing, but once again Daniel showed me nothing but professionalism and kindness that day. Daniel provided me with all the information I needed regarding my diagnosis (which I had already done an extensive amount of research) to the point he left me with not a single question to ask of him. It's always good when you leave an establishment of any kind and to have had a positive experience.
