When getting my onboarding done here. The first thing I'm supposed to sign on a tablet. Is a blank screen stating that I received a copy of my HIPPA policy. I asked both people at the front desk for this document and anything else I'm supposed to get a copy of. I was refused this document until after SIGNING FIRST. They are requesting that I sign legal binding contracts before being allowed to read them. I am going to post this on every review site what just happened in my first few minutes of walking into the door at this office. I had to leave because of this and will not be coming back. read more

I had a frustrating experience with the office manager about billing. I have a HRA account with my insurance which has funds to cover my office visit plus more. When I asked for her to bill my insurance, I was told that the policy is to pay upfront. I contacted my insurance and had her speak to insurance to verify I have the account with plenty of money in there to pull from to get paid once they submit the bill. She still had me pay half and said I would get a refund once they get their claim paid in full. The problem is I had to pay out of pocket and now wait and hope they hold up to their end of the bargain with my refund even though I have this account with plenty of money for them to get paid. read more

Cannot say enough, good things about Dr Reschly, as well as his staff and Office. This is a medical provider who is 100% in the right calling - he is present, compassionate, attentive, and very forthcoming with both information and solutions. He is positive and respectful in his focus with patients, and also in his communications with his staff. He's an excellent member of your medical support team. Dr. Reschly is the best dermatologist! I starting going to him many years ago after a bad experience with another dermatologist. He was with a large group of doctors at the time, and when he left the practice, we just saw various other doctors for the next few years, none of whom were as good as he is. Last year, my husband had some pre-cancer spots and was unhappy with how the office we were going to wanted to treat him, so he reached out to Dr. Reschly's office (now 45 minutes away from us) and scheduled an appointment. He is so kind and thoughtful and always knows immediately the best course of action for treatment. I've also returned to his office, and my first visit back pointed to a growth that was just under my eye. Each of the other doctors I'd seen over the last three or so years just said there was nothing they could do for it. Dr. Reschly said he was fairly certain it was just a milia, so he was able to have it extracted within a couple of minutes. We now drive three times farther for dermatology appointments, but we are happy to do so to receive the best care possible! His office employees are also very pleasant and caring. If you live anywhere near his office or even very far away, I highly recommend Dr. Reschly! read more

I have been looking for a new dermatologist due to my insurance changing and unhappy with the practices that are bought out by corporations with skyrocketed prices. Visited Dr. Reschly for a skin rash and to have some spots removed . I could have not been more pleased with the ease of getting a appointment down to the the extremely nice practice manager who helps you fill out forms , answers insurance questions and knows costs for procedures instantly. My time with Dr Reschly was not rushed, he was very thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered. He knew about my rash an even gave me sample ointments to try before writing a script. I had heard of Dr Reschly from a previous practice I used for years ( when it was in my insurance choices)so I knew I was in good hands . He has been in our area for over 20 years . My new insurance did not cover his practice but his prices are lower than other practices self pay option.They do accept most insurances ( mine is off the health exchange and they are looking into trying to get it).
