This spa is open for business during the pandemic and management takes the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of the clients and staff! The office is set up for proper social distancing and is very clean! I went in for a consultation for hair laser removal and the technician was very thorough in explaining the process and also took the time to get to know me personally! They offered a groupon special of 8 sessions on one small area. After just one session, very little hair on my chin has grown back (2-3 hairs)!! I have been a customer there for about 2 years and had full body treatment. I also referred this place to many friends. I have finalized full body hair removal treatments now, and unfortunately, the results have been extremely unsatisfactory. They will promise all kinds of results and it's all great while you are having treatments but all your hair comes back the moment you stop. Unfortunately Not only did it happen to me, but to my friends as well. When I called the office about how i did not see much of a difference after the 8 treatments, they offered two touch ups 70$ each Session. I called again to talk with manger and no one even bothered to call me back. considering that I paid for the services and was given bad treatments, I would have expected a better offer to make up for the insufficient results. I do not recommend Shaboo for fillers. I'm 45 years old and have fillers done at least twice a year. I normally go to Park Ave Cosmetic center. I typically get 50 she recommended 120 units for my face. They had a special which was cheaper than my 50 units. Shaboo says she had a technique that worked well with other. Unfortunately not on me. She injects then press hard to help spread the filler. What it causes on me is to have droopy eyelids. Not recommended. read more

I've been looking forward to a good hydrofacial for months and I finally got my wish plus more at Lavendar. There is plenty of parking so that was nice that I got a good parking spot right up front. My appointment was at 3:30 on Friday; I arrived at 3:20; waited for about 4mins and then I was called to the back. Once I was in the room, I was prepped and the treatment began. I received a microdermabrasion plus a hydro facial. For the microdermabrasion the company uses a crystal tip, it was painless and relaxing. The entire time the technician explained what she was doing and the benefits of each technique. She was very through spending a bit of time in my t zone to get rid of built up black ends. Once the microdermabrasion was completed I did my hydro facial and then she rubbed me down with serum - mini face massage and then applied the UV light therapy, ice roller to close my pores. The last step was applying a gold leaf moisturizer. My face felt renewed and hydrated. I purchased a groupon, however the receptionist said they are currently doing a deal that would give me about $5 off each facial - I'll probably do that when I go back in about a month. Great experience would be happy to stop in again and try other services. read more

The staff was amazing, however, my teeth didn't get as white as I expected. It has been 24 hours and they are still the same shade as the before picture (pretty much identical when I position the photos side by side). The technichian didn't put the gel at the base of my teeth b/c she didn't want to be near the gum line. Needless to say, I purchased Crest white strips and will use them today. The staff was very nice and the facility seemed clean but the facial was awful. The young lady that performed my services was attentive and made sure to explain things before she started. But once she got started I realized I'd wasted my money. She never cleansed my face and did my microdermabrasion immediately after wiping my makeup off with a baby wipe. They used cheap Walmart products which were heavily scented. She kept wiping off the serums with baby wipes. Seriously. The worst. Not sure if the microdermabrasion machine and extraction tools were sanitized either. My face felt gross afterwards. Also noticed two new pimples the next morning. read more
