First off I paid for laser hair removal that never worked not even a little went 6 or 7 times and it's no better than it was at the beginning. Second I prepaid for 6 microneedling sessions and only did 2.... Mind you these were individual sessions not a Groupon or any kind of deal and now I have to move out of state and they won't refund my money for services not rendered saying there's new management and I can drive the 4 hours it takes me now to get to Atlanta from Alabama to get the rest of the sessions. I went in for a 60 minute teeth whitening session, and was very happy with the service of the staff from the moment I walked in. I was greeted warmly, and was walked through the whole process step by step. They explained everything very thoroughly and checked on me constantly throughout my session making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I bought a Groupon for my sister who wanted permanent eyeliner. Shaboo was the anesthetist that worked with my sister who was very nervous about getting the procedure. Not terrible, but I've had better experiences at other places. Really looking forward to getting the hydracial after seeing so many people raving about it, but would not recommend it from here. They do not use the Hydrafacial MD equipment and method, and my skin only felt and looked partially clean. I even still had blackheads on my nose and chin, which the facial was supposed to help with soo... Again, very nice and friendly, but I would probably go somewhere next time. read more

Extremely rude. Added an additional $150 for something they do not mention anywhere even though she keep assuring me that it was "in the fine print" I actually went back to find that so called fine print. No where to be found. Indian woman could not understand why I was telling her she was ripping people off by adding that fee without the customers knowledge and started getting flustered and raising her voice at me. It was so ridiculous after driving an hour to get there that I canceled the appointment and she said that she would refund my purchase but never did. Do not go there. I don't understand where some of the negative reviews come from. This place is simply awesome. I wish it was closer to Athens. I received laser hair removal from them for my face and neck. After the initial consult, they explained everything to me perfectly. This is the second year that I am having it done. I had the treatment done on my face, including the mustache/gotee area to combat razor bumps. This is the ONLY thing that I have found to work. It works perfectly. I still have to shave about once a week, but nothing crazy. The procedure is done every 6 weeks and takes about 5 minutes to actually do. The women who work there are super nice and gentle. My wife definitely appreciates how my face looks after the treatment. read more

Although I payed for a treatment package, I decided that after 8 sessions it wasn't worth the hassle of continuing to receive laser hair removal treatments from this med spa. It seems that now, no matter the day or time, that there is only 1 technician and she keeps you waiting 20 minutes whether you're early or on time to get treated. Then quickly passes through the treatment area leaving big gaps between where the laser has actually touched. If you don't make your next appointment right after your treatment in person your chances of actually getting a hold of someone on the phone or getting your online booking approved is slim to none. read more

Not satisfied with Lavender at all. It's a very odd office that makes you question the company's legitimacy. There is a wait every time I go in for an appointment. If you show up a few minutes late to your appointment, they will make you reschedule. If you need to reschedule an appointment, it's always a struggle getting someone on the phone. I'm not satisfied with my results either. The technicians are always really nice, but they tend to rush through your treatment and definitely skip spots. I would recommend using a different med spa for your laser hair removal. read more

I highly recommend this spa! I had my first appointment today after purchasing a Groupon for a microdermabrasion and facial . I was a bit hesitant about getting the service at this spa, because the price they are charging for a microdermabrasion and facial are considerably lower than the price at other spas. However, I was pleasantly surprised ! The staff was professional and the spa was relaxing. The microdermabrasion was one of the best I have ever had. I liked that steam was used to open my pores, so the treatments would be more effective . After the microdermabrasion I was given a quick "anti aging facial". It seemed too quick and I figured it didn't really do much for my skin. However, I noticed how great my skin looked as soon as I got home. It looks awesome! I plan on definitely returning to this spa in the future! Great services and great prices !!! read more

*LASER HAIR REMOVAL DOESN'T WORK* I unfortunately bought the Groupon for any 3 treatment areas so I did my under arms, bikini, and hands. All of the areas still have the same amount of hair after nine full treatments every 6 weeks. I was told it should be completely gone by this point &&& it is all definitely still there. this place is horrible customer service. i purchased a groupon for family friend for unlimited hair removal for 1 year for 3 large areas from groupon. now my friend being male he needed full face from the lip down. we went to a consultation for a 3:30 appt. now this place has no office they are located in a small room inside a business office building where we had to wait until 4:00 thirty minutes pass the appt time to see the technician. we go in to the consultation and turns out the lady that attended us was very rude trying to charge us more money then the groupon costs, for an extra area, i was like why was she charging more money and she stated the groupon was not valid for full face, i purchased 3 large areas so my question was why that should have been enough to cover the face area for my friend. after long wait here and very rude lady that we got i will never deal with these people again. just horrible customer service, i stated to the lady i was not paying more i felt what i paid was well worth the face area, i stated to the tech please issue me my money back and with a very ugly face she stated you call groupon for your money back because im not giving it to you, so that was another big deal until i finally got the money back. moving forward i purchased another groupon from someone else and i only bought 2 large areas with this other spa and was able to cover full face on my friend with 2 areas bought. please do not visit this place and take your business somewhere else trust me this is not a business with one person working in a room large enough to be my bedroom and inside a busy business building, i felt like i was in an attorneys office at first. until they came and call us back to this small room. i was stunned at the service provided by the technician. read more

Agree with the other reviews in terms of: very hard to get on the phone, only 1 person working, very hard to get appointments (on Saturdays) and after buying an unlimited membership I was told that it isn't really unlimited, only good for 1 year, which is roughly 7 - 8 treatments. They even mention it usually takes 6 - 12+ treatments. I guess the biggest thing is it didn't work... I was told I was the perfect candidate and after one year of going didn't notice any difference in hair growth. read more
