Not off to a good start. I was seen at an event at N. Fulton Hospital at the end of August. I got a…read morephone call in the first week of September trying to get me to book an appointment with Dr. Goodman since he was the doctor who saw me. I was out of town so I said I would call back. Called back today and was told right off they don't take market place insurance (Obamacare.) I don't have that kind of insurance. Even after telling the girl that answered the phone what kind of insurance I had she had to place me on hold several times to talk with the office manager. She came back on the line and told me they don't accept my insurance. So I called my provider. Sure enough this office is in my network. So my provider called them and conferenced me in after explaining to the new person that answered the phone that they did accept my insurance. Then they tried to say that the Dr. Goodman wasn't accepting new patients. That was a lie because a) He was the doctor at the event trying to get new business and b) the first girl I spoke to said he was booked until the middle of October but he was available after that.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and never rushed me while we discussed my treatment plan. I shared my concerns and the goals I wanted to achieve for my skin, and she truly listened. Christina took the time to explain every treatment I was interested in, without pushing anything that didn't align with my goals. She has such a warm, genuine energy--it honestly felt like I'd known her for years! I 10/10 recommend her and her team for any aesthetic treatments. Christina even adds little extras to treatments, which is such a thoughtful bonus. Her prices are fair, and the med spa itself is clean, organized, and professional. Christina is not only educated and knowledgeable about her products and treatments, but she also genuinely cares about your results. She takes her time, answers all your questions, and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way. The entire team has a strong medical background, which gives them an edge when it comes to providing safe, sterile, high-quality care. The microneedling treatment with PDGF was painless and performed with precision. You will not be disappointed--run, don't walk, to see Christina and her team at R&R Aesthetics!

So glad that I was able to make my overdue (due to businesses closing because of Covid-19) today…read more(May 4). First, I wore a mask and carried hand sanitizer. Meredith herself touchlessly took my temperature to ensure I had no fever and asked me about signs of Covid-19 (none). I had my appointment with PA-C Gloria Barnett today. From a car accident back in the late 1990's, the skin under my right eye is stretched out (had swelled shut due to trauma back then), so I always have this shadow under my eye that makes me look tired. I had a consult with Gloria and we decided to do a correction that was within my budget and would definitely make that bag/sag/shadow go away, and keep my face's symmetry. With 1 syringe of Voluma she added a little sculpting to the the top of each cheekbone to give me a natural-looking and long-lasting lift. With Juvederm XC she filled in that low spot under my right eye and ensured the fill was matched under my non-droopy left eye. Despite being a non-smoker since the late 1990's (and then it was only a pack a week, on and off, for a few years), I have noticed little vertical lines over my upper lip appearing. I suppose it is to be expected when you hit your 50's!. With a subtle and beautiful application of Volbella, Gloria erased the lines that I was self-conscious about, and ensured I had perfect symmetry and just a touch of softness on my upper lip without looking artificial or unnatural. And of course, with the deft application of a painless needle, she virtually erased the smile lines at the corners of my eyes. I swear that Gloria Barnett, PA-C, sees the supermodel lurking underneath my 50-year old skin. I'll say it again, I do all the things: nutrition, lift weights, yoga, High Intensity Interval Training, sunscreen. I just want my face to look as young as my physique looks and feels! See Gloria at Ageless Remedies of Roswell. She's the Fairy Godmother to my secret Cinderella!

My only regret is that it took me so long to find them. After having the WORST experiences with Ideal Image(pain, no results, SO expensive), I had a lot of fear and not a lot of trust issues. *Please don't ever go to Ideal Image unless you hate yourself, you're a glutton for pain, and like to waste money.* I had SO many trusted friends recommend ASC, so I decided to give them a try. Literally everyone. My first visit was for Botox (and maybe lips?) with Missy. It's hard to remember exactly where I started. Since then, I have had facials, laser treatments, Botox, lip fillers, under eye fillers, lash tints and lifts, and now laser hair removal. There is honestly nothing I wouldn't trust them to do. Every experience has been consistently amazing from the customer service, to keeping me comfortable, to amazing results. NOTHING has been painful. They have highly trained team members, advanced technology, and tools to make everything as painless as possible. I am always excited to try something new, but also value their honesty when they tell me I don't need a treatment. (I literally want to do everything I see them post about because their results are always amazing!) Their pretty view isn't too bad either. I am honestly excited for all future treatment because I know it is the best. (I have a long list) No matter where I live, I will find a way to continue to come to ASC. There is no one I would ever trust more. Missy, Michael, Makila, and Galina are amazing and I would trust them for anything. You literally can't go wrong with anyone here! :)
