Parking is free for the first two hours, but you have to scan the QR code on the sign in the parking lot. I highly recommend Aya and will continue robust then as part of my skincare routine. I always leave feeling fantastic.

I haven't been super consistent with visits but even so, I've had wonderful results and I haven't had any skin issues after treatment. I have a very low pain tolerance, and they have both taken the time to have a conversation with me to distract me during my service. During my last treatment it was completed quickly with very little discomfort - one part of my chin even felt like it had numbing cream applied! There are different pain levels for lasers so be honest about your pain tolerance. They also have more than one laser option for those of us with melanin! I've only had a couple of administrative issues and they were resolved easily and quickly. Nothing at all to drop a star about so five stars it is!

I have been going to Chin Up! Aesthetics for several years now and I would not change a thing. Do I ever get a bruise when I get a filler? Sometimes, but that is always a possibility when sticking needles inside you; however, they do take every precaution not to bruise you. I honestly don't mind. I just focus on the end product and stay positive. I know that every person is different and I bruise every time that I go to the doctor and have to have my blood taken. They also offer IV Hydration now! I got one yesterday and I feel like a new person! I would highly reccomend that! I also love their skin care products. They keep me looking my best! If you are really serious about making yourself a better looking version of "you", then I would high reccomend Chin Up! Aesthetics. They have multiple locations. I can't believe how lucky I am to have found this place!!!…read more They let me book and even pre-pay online They offer skincare extras that pair perfectly with lash services They have such a cute, luxurious space with plenty of street parking and ... they have a team that across the board does THE MOST AMAZING LASHES!! Literally I started going here and I got stopped going through TSA because one of the TSA girls needed to know if my lashes were extensions and if they were where I got them done. I've been getting lashes for apx 6 years now and I'm more used to having one dedicated lash girl...but this place takes training and technique so seriously that I just book online with whoever is first available because they're ALL THAT GOOD! I know I can go to anyone here and leave looking amazing. Julie was the first gal that ever did my lashes here - she was transitioning me from having seen another lash artist for a while a did a FLAWLESS job giving me a really full, dramatic classic set. I've seen Robin a few times, she helped transition me from classic to volume and was so fantastic at understanding what I wanted and also what would look best on me based on eye/face shape/lash line etc. I love that she's meticulous! Akira is the gal I see most often and she is just freaking amazing. She's so much fun to spend time with while being the most professional, thorough perfectionist (the dream qualities of a lash artist!!) I joked once that I always leave her feeling super vain because I go home and take a million selfies but IT'S TRUE. She gets exactly how far she can push the drama on my volume set without making it look overdone. Also...okay, you should never be late, but once I WAS late and she took extra time to make sure I was still at 100% fullness when I left. It was so so kind of her to do when I was the one that messed up and was late. I'm in love. Morgan is a dang master and I adore her so much. I'm amazed at how much knowledge she has of her craft and how passionate she is! She has great advice to give about lashes and skincare and ... of course ... does flawless work. I don't know what EXACTLY she does that's so subtly different when it comes to lengths/widths/overall shape but I've never looked better. Check this place out - the prices and value are incredible and you literally can't go wrong with any of the lash artists.

I would not recommend this doctor at this practice based on my personal experience. I came to Dr…read more Walker after already having been diagnosed with CCCA elsewhere and remained under her care for an extended period while continuing to deal with significant concerns about my hair loss and diagnosis. What is most frustrating to me is how long it took to finally get objective diagnostic clarification. I continued treatment for months before a scalp biopsy was ultimately performed. That biopsy did not support the CCCA diagnosis I had been carrying and being treated for. By the time I received that clarification, I had already spent months believing I had a scarring form of alopecia. The fear, uncertainty, and emotional distress surrounding that diagnosis affected me deeply and ultimately contributed to my decision to cut my hair. I understand that hair-loss conditions can overlap and that diagnoses can evolve. But that is exactly why I believe timely diagnostic testing, careful reassessment, and clear communication are so important. I wish the biopsy had been performed much earlier instead of after such a prolonged period of uncertainty. I also believe patients deserve to feel that their concerns are being actively investigated rather than simply carrying forward a diagnosis that originated elsewhere. In my case, the eventual biopsy materially changed my understanding of what was actually happening with my hair. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone dealing with a CCCA diagnosis or another serious hair-loss condition to ask detailed questions, seek a second opinion when needed, and discuss whether a scalp biopsy is appropriate sooner rather than later.
