I have a very low pain tolerance, and they have both taken the time to have a conversation with me to distract me during my service. During my last treatment it was completed quickly with very little discomfort - one part of my chin even felt like it had numbing cream applied! There are different pain levels for lasers so be honest about your pain tolerance. They also have more than one laser option for those of us with melanin! (I went on vacation after getting the service) I needed to know how I can treat the discoloration!!! No further assistance, refund or anything was offered.
