I had not been in for a while, and she made the entire appointment feel relaxed and stress-free. Mckinsey was extremely sweet, very thorough, and took her time with everything. I had a Brazilian, underarms, upper lip, and neck done, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She also made sure to use the coldest setting, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. It makes such a difference when someone is both professional and kind. Huge shoutout to Mckinsey for an excellent experience.

Not off to a good start. I was seen at an event at N. Fulton Hospital at the end of August. I got a…read morephone call in the first week of September trying to get me to book an appointment with Dr. Goodman since he was the doctor who saw me. I was out of town so I said I would call back. Called back today and was told right off they don't take market place insurance (Obamacare.) I don't have that kind of insurance. Even after telling the girl that answered the phone what kind of insurance I had she had to place me on hold several times to talk with the office manager. She came back on the line and told me they don't accept my insurance. So I called my provider. Sure enough this office is in my network. So my provider called them and conferenced me in after explaining to the new person that answered the phone that they did accept my insurance. Then they tried to say that the Dr. Goodman wasn't accepting new patients. That was a lie because a) He was the doctor at the event trying to get new business and b) the first girl I spoke to said he was booked until the middle of October but he was available after that.

I worked with Bryson and we completed a digital skin Analysis on this machine and he really showed me what my skin was up to. To get the results I was looking for (lessen my acne scars and hyperpigmentation) he suggested completing a Moxi treatment which is a laser treatment geared toward my exact issues. I numbed for about and hour and then the service took about 30 minutes. I can say even with the numbing it is going to get HOT but it wasn't unbearable. I can't wait to see my results and to continue my treatment plan with Bryson.

I wish I would have gone to a non corporate place because many of my friends paid less for laser hair removal and their results actually stayed! I still have to shave every two weeks which is so disappointing.

This place is the worst about taking your money and then never following through on their end. 1) They cancel your appoints without informing you. 2) The clinicians basically talk you into not having all areas done that day that you are expected to have done that day. Less work for them right?!? They still get paid for being there. 3) When you try reschedule the appointments they cancelled on you, the say that there aren't any available. 4) They don't have their schedule opened 3 months out, so you can't even plan for your appointments! This is great business model. NOT! I can go on and on. If you value your time and treament, don't go here!!! They will definitely screw you!!
