First, I will say that everyone is super nice. But, maybe super fake nice…read more I had breast augmentation in November of 2023. I was a very small A. I sent in several pics of the way I wanted them to look. I was shown through the implants how they WOULD look. I specifically said I did not want the "far apart" look where I would have to always wear a push up bra. I then had to spend time and money with a hematoma I developed. I did everything I was told. Then I was told they weren't looking larger because they would drop. Etc, etc. spent thousands to have to just go back and still wear the same size bra and swimsuits and have to use a push up- which I was doing anyway. There is no difference in my $60 bra of October 2023 and my $7K boobs from November 2023 when you look at pics. I went back in because I literally cry thinking of what I spent and went through almost daily for NOWHERE near the result I wanted. In order for anything to change I would have to spend another TEN thousand dollars I was told. Most exciting decision of my adulthood turned into the biggest regret of my life. I hate writing reviews, esp because they are nice ladies... but nice would have been making it right as I was told over and over again in the beginning how important that "is to them" and their "commitment to excellence"... if I could go back to the morning of and walk out, I would 1,000%.

Great branding, cool techniques and technology, but uncomfortable sales tactic. The process is a…read morebit nonsensical. I've had individual services between both Alpharetta and Buckhead. Let me preface, I've not had a series of treatments just one-offs. My first experience was at Alpharetta over a year ago, I decided not to return because of the callous treatment. My technician was nice but wasn't thorough, and I didn't feel I'd have optimal results (in a short period) with a half-hearted treatment even if there was continuity on my end. I decided to visit Buckhead a few weeks following my Alpharetta treatment. I did enjoy the service at Buckhead. The location is nicer, the staff is more relaxed, and the appointed technician was quite knowledgeable. I didn't follow through with the package because my weight loss journey was derailed. I wasn't focused on a supplemental procedure for weight loss. I consider Formah supplemental because the procedures are non-invasive and helps stimulate results. My understanding is you can't only rely on the procedure, you must eat properly and have at least low impact exercise to see the difference. I semi-effectively managed my weight but decided to return as it became difficult as a foodie. Hence, I'm back. I returned to Formah Alpharetta after a year because I was optimistic the experience would be different. I was right, sales is now a formal pitch. For starters, I was provided a treatment plan from someone who's presumably not an esthetician. If I'm wrong and she's licensed, I'm right that she's not performing actual treatments. She didn't examine my body and we briefly discussed my concerns and what I hoped to achieve. I was being sold a package without much knowledge of my body... I was sitting the entire time in front of a desk. The woman couldn't possibly know my size under my shapeless top. Also, it would've been more credible if she wasn't very (naturally) fit herself and informing customers she had undergone a series of treatment. It's possible she's being honest but I suspect she didn't require it. A before and after would've alleviated my suspicion. She has a great presence for customers but I don't come to a medspa to speak with office managers about improving my image. I want to speak to the trained technicians. This particular service itself was decent, run-of-the-mill. I'm not sure if I actually shed a half inch around my bust as I was told. My technician didn't show me the measuring tape, it should've been shown for me to see for myself. I ended the treatment and I was told there's a visible difference when I walked out... there's not. Before checkout we discussed moving forward with payment on a package. I was on the fence especially with the Alpharetta location. I asked for a copy of the plan and I was told it can't be printed, it's not allowed. Instead, a screenshot and a copy of my receipt would be sent but I've yet to receive both... so I have no record of the discussed prices should I decide to return and take advantage of the discounts. It'll be my word, and hopefully it'll match what's in their system should I return before the proposed package rates expires. Anyway, I'm not totally uninterested but maybe some better practices so it doesn't feel like we're being sold snake oil? 3.5 Stars... I'm still curious but I don't like the sales pressure and I would like one-on-one with my esthetician. It's odd to provide operations my issues just for them to loosely relay it to the technician. Have the technician present where she has eyes on the issue as well or just remove operations from the equation.
