I have been going to The Stretch Zone for 10 months now. I suffered with back, neck and shoulder pain. I started off with 90 days 2X per week after that now it's 2X per month. All the stretchers are knowledgeable in this field. Before you go out and have any type of surgery please give this a try. I have incorporated Athens Fit Body Boot Camp about a year ago, with these two combined it has helped my flexibility (no pain). Try it out first health is so important there is no price tag on it. Very grateful for the staff @ The Stretch Zone. read more
