My family has been coming here for over 25 years. Great fresh food served with love. Small restaurant but worth the wait if there is one.

Located in a shopping center Moon's Kitchen has easy access to parking spaces. Walking in it looks kind of drab and outdated. The menu is straight forward and easy to navigate. The price point IMO is on the higher side for the quality of food I received. The service again IMO was lack luster, I felt like even though the server did a good job, she didn't want to be there serving us. She crossed tithe T's and dotted her I's but that's it. The food was a solid C- The food was sweet did not taste fresh and looked like it was thrown together with leftovers. The Chinese salad was pretty much shredded lettuce with a dressing on top. Overall the food reminded me of old people food, if you know what I mean, aka we came here to eat because the food is inexpensive and we don't care about the quality, because I lost my tastebuds" except in this case the food was also overpriced. To be fair... I did like their mushrooms but honestly that was about it. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately for me it's not my cup of tea.

Excellent. $95 well spent and the service is excellent. They're friendly :) it was my partner's first time here and enjoyed the food. he even liked the salad here!

Lunch 2 item Bento box (Chicken breast teriyaki & crunchy California Roll) comes with chicken salad, rice, and soup.

Super clean restaurant and very friendly staff. The food was amazing and the portion size for lunch was great. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

I can't believe this was my first time trying Moon's Kitchen. It's been around a very long time which is always a good sign. I don't live in the area but family does and they have always given it good reviews. I called in my order and opted for the Combination I which came with chicken salad, shrimp and vegetable tempura, rice and teriyaki chicken. It's not cheap at $19.95 but what is cheap anymore?? It was worth the price, I gotta say. The shrimp tempura were my fav, they were almost pounded thin and flat with just the right amount of tempura. It came with tempura dipping sauce or ranch and I honestly liked both. Teriyaki chicken was really good and on point. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the chicken salad was, so simple but flavorful. I even had leftovers so that $20 meal was two meals for me! I will DEFINITELY return to Moons to try a few other items on their menu. I gobbled up my food so quickly when I got home but I managed to snap a pic of the inside dining room while waiting. Quaint little place that was pretty busy on this Friday night. Great option if looking for Japanese food plus a little more.

Their food was pretty good! Not amazing, but it's somewhere I'd go to again if I am in the area. I ordered unagi, and it was very soft and flavorful. It was a good pairing with miso soup and the salad they serve on the side.

This nice employee wouldn't let my pregnant wife use restroom. Of course I'll buy food during business hours.

We were seated right away on a weekday evening. There were a few tables that were reserved, but other than that - we were able to pick our spot. After looking through the menu, I ordered the bibimbab (rice stone pot) and my friend ordered a tofu soup. We also got the seafood pancake to share. Our side dishes came out first and then the seafood pancake. The banchan was decent - the usual kinds that you get at most Korean restaurants. I liked the cubed radish a lot. The seafood pancake had a good texture to it - cooked well and crispy. The sauce also went nicely with it. My bibimbab looked pretty when it came out. It had a nice sizzle to it and I left it a bit to get crispy (I would have prefered it to be crispier). I liked the red sauce it came with - it gave it a good kick. My friend said her tofu soup was okay - a bit on the saliter side for her and less tofu than what she was used to. Overall, a solid place to have Korean comfort food. The parking lot is shared with a grocery store and other small retail/restaurants and there are plenty of spaces - if you're willing to walk a bit out. We were lucky and able to find parking right in front of Danbi. Service was quick, friendly and efficient.
