I received a 1 hr Deep Tissue / Sport /Shiatsu Massage, I called on the day of and short notice but they were able to accommodate me quickly. My massage therapist's name was Sala and she did an incredible job. I couldn't recommend her more, she's amazing. I left with my body feeling so relaxed and at ease. I've been going to this place for the last three years and I have never been disappointed with their customer service and lovely massages. read more

Came here hoping for some back relief. I booked online for a one hour deep tissue/sport/shiatsu massage. In the notes I requested cupping to be added as well. Came in and was brought back at my appointment time. Immediately my massage therapist noticed the tension in my back. But honestly didn't spend much time on my back. Disappointed and frustrated. Also I had a foot cramp in the middle of when she was working on my calfs and feet, but insisted I relax. I literally couldn't; I had a cramp! And she kept working on that area. At the end of the massage she did some techniques on my head I REALLY didn't like. Best way I can describe it was rubbing my head vs massaging it. And she did some hitting on my head; which I didn't like at all. And then she was done. Like what?! You're gonna end a massage by rubbing and hitting my head?! Also, I didn't get the full one hour massage time. When I paid at the front and asked the front desk about how I didn't get cupping, or my full hour, all he said was "oh okay." No apology. Unacceptable for a service based business. read more

Great place with awesome personnel. First time here and had a 1h Swedish/thai massage with Paula. There were some confusion in the beginning as we booked an appointment at 2pm but didn't get into a massage room until 2.30pm. Will definitely come back as they are decently priced and have many different options. Great vibe in the waiting room with some cool stuff to look at. They also has some cool massage products to buy with some weird names but still...reason they don't get 5 stars is they need to work on their booking system and actually honor times that are being booked. Otherwise great massage!! read more

I really enjoyed my experience! I got the CBD oil massage, she asked if she could walk on me and I politely declined. I love that the rooms are private. Honestly I'm not in pain anymore so I can't complain! I've been looking for a new massage spot because my last one hurt me. I'm now at the Thai place next door eating! Great self care day read more

This place is great!!! I got a deep tissue massage a couple of times with Bee and she's amazing. My body is so relaxed after. Very welcoming and calming atmosphere as well. read more

Such great massages here! The therapists here are really friendly and work hard to get those knots out. I've tried the Swedish, deep tissue and Thai combo and my personal favorite is deep tissue. I love seeing B and Mayo and would recommend them to my mom. Really glad to have them in the neighborhood! read more

I've been coming to this location exclusively for the last year and really look forward to each visit. The pricing is really great. I have used Bee and Sala for deep tissue massages. I feel like I'm really picky about massages and I will know within a minute if it's going to be good. I've been really happy with my experiences. I come out very relaxed even after an intense massage. Highly recommend! read more

One of the BEST massage I've had this year. My body was so tense and tight due to school and work and life but Pat really took her time with me and I feel so much better. read more

I didn't want to write this review but felt it was needed. This was my go-to massage place; this month I called in to schedule my fiancé a massage she told me $55 for a 1 hour massage. When my fiancé got home he said he was overcharged to $69. A few weeks ago my mother was in need of a massage I called in once again and made her an appointment this time the lady over the phone said it'll be $59 for a 1 hour combo massage. My mother has pain on her left leg so when she got home she mentioned the therapist never touched that leg and told her she thinks her leg might be fractured and she ended up paying $69 even tho she told her my daughter said it'll be $59. I had to call in to let them know both times they were given different prices and they were generous with tip. Honestly, I recommended this place to my family and now I won't be going in anymore due to them being overcharged and they said their massage was OK. read more

This is hands down my FAVORITE massage spot in the Belmont Shore/Naples area. I've tried several places nearby, and this one is truly a hidden gem. The staff are so friendly and always make sure you're comfortable and relaxed. My husband and I love booking with Bee -- she is such a sweetheart and gives the best massages. I've also had great sessions with Sala. Every visit is consistently wonderful and I always leave feeling relaxed. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for always taking good care of us!! read more

Can't really give it more than 1 star. Unfortunately I waited in the front lobby for 30 minutes and no one has come out to check me in. My appointment was at 1045am and they are late. still no one has checked in with me. Unfortunately I had to leave didn't know what else to do since there was no employee to talk to. Feedback is front reception is shouldn't be gone for more that 5 minutes and it's now been 40 minutes and late to an appointment. read more

Moonlight Thai Spa by Bee - Been sitting here for 40 minutes and no one has been at the front desk to check me in. - Day Spas Near Me - Long Beach, California

Had the pleasure of meeting Mara and having her as my masseuse, she was amazing! I was a little skeptical since this was my first time but the whole experience made me feel comfortable, she stretched my back and helped me get my knots out of my back and arms, came here originally to focus on that but she also got the knotts out of my calves! super sad I only did 30 mins for my first time - told her next time I'll do longer and I will definitely be back! Recommending this to everyone!! read more

Best massage ever. Bee was so thorough and really tuned into my body and how it was reacting. I've gotten a lot of massage before from different places and this is the first time where I felt so satisfied. Bee was kind, cool, quiet, and badass. Parking was easy to find in the front. Will be coming back monthly! read more

Went in for a 75 minute combo massage (Thai and Swedish) and asked for medium pressure and Paula was great! It was a very peaceful room and a great combo of massage styles as well as stretching. This is my second time going and will continue to return! read more

I almost don't want to share this review because I'd rather keep this place all to myself. It's that good, especially for the price. The massages here are incredible, especially with Bee (she's my girl!). I always get a deep tissue massage, and honestly, I've paid twice as much elsewhere for half as good of an experience. Every session leaves me feeling amazing. Moonlight at Naples and Bee are simply the best. Highly recommend! read more

This place is a hidden gem. So many talented masseuses work here I have yet to have a bad massage here

Great massage! V is very talented kind intelligent and service oriented. As a doctor of chiropractic I know what I need in a massage and V delivers. The quality is a 10/10 with a relaxing vibe. I would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back. read more

This quiet spa on 2nd st just past the Belmont Shore area is an incredible gem for the Naples neighborhood. The prices are VERY reasonable and the massage therapists are always nice and do a great job. Linda is by far my absolute FAVORITE massage therapist at this spa and she comes very highly recommended, especially for an amazing deep tissue. Her intuitive touch, friendly demeanor, and overall ability is top notch and I always leave feeling stretched out to a perfect level of relaxation. If you book a massage at Moonlight Spa at Naples, ask for Linda-you won't regret it! read more

First timer and I am disappointed it took me such a long time to find this hidden gem. M was so wonderful, very professional and asked me questions regarding my visit. The owner of this spa surprisingly decided to reject my previous review claiming they have no records of my massage and therefore I made a mistake. I am truly sorry to disappoint her but I paid for your service + 20% tip resulted in likely $140 (will be easy to check, madam) with my personal credit card. Well, this business seems have too many issues. I'm truly disappointed. read more

Sad to write this but I had a horrible experience here at my latest visit. The masseuse wasn't good. She hurt me, and then she told me she was going to charge me more for being fat. I had been here 10 times before and NEVER had been informed of this fatphobic "policy" and it was absolutely absurd and arbitrary. She also insulted my tattoos lol. What a c-word. Horrific treatment. Not caring and healing but instead hurting. I'll never be returning and wish I could get my money back. Don't go here. read more

I received a massage and facial (2 hr package) as a bday gift from friends. I was scheduled with Missy. Pros: She did a pretty good job, she was thorough and kept the massage quiet which was very relaxing. There were a few areas I asked her to be more gentle. I would have to remind her a few times before she adjusted pressure but when she did it felt great. I also loved how she explained what she was going to do to my face step by step before starting. Cons: She finished about 12 mins early (not sure if that's standard but would've loved that last 10 mins at least). Because it was a gift I did not know what to expect or how much was paid. I gave her $20 tip and she showed me the receipt from my friends transaction and said, "people usually pay at least 20%" Then showed me other people's receipts and asked for $10 more. It kind of ruined the experience for me. If there is a minimum tip required it should be noted at time of purchase. I am typically a very generous tipper and if I were to return I would have definitely not minded paying the 20%. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning. read more

Reading the reviews, my partner and I were skeptical getting a couples massage here. We decided to keep our reservation and feel out the vibe knowing the reviews specifically mentioned cancellations and bad service. They absolutely lived up to the bad reviews -- terrible customer service. They did not provide us a room/overbooked for the couples massage, even though we confirmed an hour before the appointment. They also didn't seem to remember our name after telling them three separate times. Do not waste your money here. read more

I booked a 90 minute with Linda. She was 10 minutes late. Usually if the masseuse starts late they just complete the time regardless but she started at 12:55 for a 12:45 massage. She ended at 2:14. When the massage started I told her I did NOT want a Thai massage amd I just wanted it to be a Swedish massage. Regardless of my request she still did a thai massage. It wasn't relaxing at all. She touched my face with oil on her hands. She put Tiger Balm on my back in the end without asking if that was ok. I feel like if you put something other than a massage oil or lotion on someone's skin you should make sure they are ok with it first. I might try this place again because the proximity to my home is super convenient and the price is good. I'll book with a different therapist and confirm with them I do NOT want a their massage. read more

I get a deep tissue Thai massage in Thai town Hollywood weekly so I know what the real deal is. Deep tissue massages can sometimes hurt, but in a good way- in your muscles. Today at this place, I had the worst massage ever IN LIFE. Do not get the older lady with white hair. She was so ROUGH, ABRASIVE, and SLOPPY and had no accuracy or finesse. It feels like she just beat me up but with no pressure to any muscle- just rough on the skin and moving skin around and around onto my bones. OUCH! I told her it hurts and she just went harder out of spite and pulled an attitude. Bad vibes , bad service all around. read more

I got their 1 hour massage and 1 hour body scrub. My appointment was at 2:30pm. But I got there 5 mins later. The 1 hour massage could have been better. She was in and out the first 15 min which I thought cut off my time. The body scrub wasn't 1 hour, which I understand the showering portion is included in the hour. But I was suppose to finish at 4:30pm. But I finished at 4pm. The body scrub took only 10-15 mins. I personally wouldn't want to go back here again for the service. The staff were extremely nice but I felt like I was robbed off of my time. read more

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to get a couples massage, I came across this place on Yelp. Right as we walked in we were welcomed. Even though we arrived 30 minutes early to our appointment, we were taken right inside and to a room with 2 beds. I got my boyfriend the deep tissue massage, I got the regular combination massage. He was on cloud 9 as we walked out. I can definitely say it was a success. Thank you Linda & Missy, we will be back soon! read more

Moonlight Thai Spa by Bee - Day Spas Near Me - Long Beach, California

I... Really don't understand what my massage was. I had some woman come in, can't even remember if they told me her name, but all she did was press on my back and put her entire body on me. Like...... got on top of me and used her body to "massage" me. I quote massage, because honestly, there was nothing that happened except for her just putting weight on my body. No rubbing of my muscles, no movement of her hands... just weight in different areas. It was so bizarre. I've only gotten 4 massages in my life (this being my 4th), and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. She asked if I had any trouble areas, I said my lower back, and she spent about 1 minute there, and the other 59 minutes were spent elsewhere. She even forgot to massage my other leg, so everything felt uneven. I'm not exaggerating. And this was supposed to be a "full body" massage. I left confused, still with lower back pain, and disappointed. I really wish I remember or even got her name so I could see if she really even had a massage therapist license, because it didn't seem like it. My husband and I compared our experiences afterward, and his was nothing like mine. His masseuse did an entirely different technique, leaving him relaxed. He was confused about my description of what happened to me. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

My first time at this location! I workout and my job is physical so I've had tension in my body. The best massage I've had in a while! Beyond amazing, will definitely be coming back! Hidden gem for sure read more

I have been going to moonlight for years. Mara the owner is known to give the best massage anyone has ever gotten and every single person that works there is always great. Tonight I had Em or M and it was heaven. I had a baby 9 months ago and due to covid this is the first massage I have gotten. Well worth the wait. It's beautiful ( recently renovated ) and always serene. Plus the owner Mara is vaccinated and the other girls will be in next couple weeks. Everyone wears masks whole time despite of course. I rarely write reviews which is why I didn't write this years ago. 5 stars all the way. read more

I have gone to Moonlight a couple times before this appointment. I made a same day appointment: 1.5hrs Deep Tissue / Sport / Shiatsu Massage on Jul 5, 3:00 pm with Kim. I got there and checked in. I was asked to wait a little bit while 'Kim' finished up her other client. I waited there for 15 minutes when I asked the woman in the front, how much longer I'll be waiting, she asked to my appointment was with, I told her Kim, and she replied 'that's me!' She had been sitting on her phone in the front waiting room the whole time. I was then ushered to a room and told to get ready for the massage. Where the massage and vibe is lacking: Kim asked me how long massage was for since she didn't know. She started the massage standing on my back instead of warming up my muscles. She had rushed short movements. Kim left my limbs out from under the sheet, which made me feel cold throughout the whole massage. Kim did not move the pillow to the appropriate place so my legs were hyperextended for part of the massage. The list goes on... To top it off, when I paid in cash and asked for change back (massage $95, I gave $200 because I want to change) she had already deducted the tip she wanted and gave me back $85. That is unprofessional to assume the tip amount. I probably won't be going back to this location. I do not recommend Kim. read more
