There were some confusion in the beginning as we booked an appointment at 2pm but didn't get into a massage room until 2.30pm. Will definitely come back as they are decently priced and have many different options. Great vibe in the waiting room with some cool stuff to look at. They also has some cool massage products to buy with some weird names but still...reason they don't get 5 stars is they need to work on their booking system and actually honor times that are being booked. This is hands down my FAVORITE massage spot in the Belmont Shore/Naples area. I've tried several places nearby, and this one is truly a hidden gem. I didn't want to write this review but felt it was needed. This was my go-to massage place; this month I called in to schedule my fiancé a massage she told me $55 for a 1 hour massage. When my fiancé got home he said he was overcharged to $69. A few weeks ago my mother was in need of a massage I called in once again and made her an appointment this time the lady over the phone said it'll be $59 for a 1 hour combo massage. My mother has pain on her left leg so when she got home she mentioned the therapist never touched that leg and told her she thinks her leg might be fractured and she ended up paying $69 even tho she told her my daughter said it'll be $59. I had to call in to let them know both times they were given different prices and they were generous with tip. Honestly, I recommended this place to my family and now I won't be going in anymore due to them being overcharged and they said their massage was OK. read more

I get a deep tissue Thai massage in Thai town Hollywood weekly so I know what the real deal is. Deep tissue massages can sometimes hurt, but in a good way- in your muscles. Today at this place, I had the worst massage ever IN LIFE. Do not get the older lady with white hair. She was so ROUGH, ABRASIVE, and SLOPPY and had no accuracy or finesse. It feels like she just beat me up but with no pressure to any muscle- just rough on the skin and moving skin around and around onto my bones. OUCH! I received a massage and facial (2 hr package) as a bday gift from friends. I was scheduled with Missy. Pros: She did a pretty good job, she was thorough and kept the massage quiet which was very relaxing. There were a few areas I asked her to be more gentle. I would have to remind her a few times before she adjusted pressure but when she did it felt great. I also loved how she explained what she was going to do to my face step by step before starting. Cons: She finished about 12 mins early (not sure if that's standard but would've loved that last 10 mins at least). Because it was a gift I did not know what to expect or how much was paid. I gave her $20 tip and she showed me the receipt from my friends transaction and said, "people usually pay at least 20%" Then showed me other people's receipts and asked for $10 more. It kind of ruined the experience for me. If there is a minimum tip required it should be noted at time of purchase. I am typically a very generous tipper and if I were to return I would have definitely not minded paying the 20%. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning. read more

I booked a 90 minute with Linda. She was 10 minutes late. Usually if the masseuse starts late they just complete the time regardless but she started at 12:55 for a 12:45 massage. She ended at 2:14. When the massage started I told her I did NOT want a Thai massage amd I just wanted it to be a Swedish massage. Regardless of my request she still did a thai massage. It wasn't relaxing at all. She touched my face with oil on her hands. She put Tiger Balm on my back in the end without asking if that was ok. I feel like if you put something other than a massage oil or lotion on someone's skin you should make sure they are ok with it first. I might try this place again because the proximity to my home is super convenient and the price is good. I'll book with a different therapist and confirm with them I do NOT want a their massage. read more

I... Really don't understand what my massage was. I had some woman come in, can't even remember if they told me her name, but all she did was press on my back and put her entire body on me. Like...... got on top of me and used her body to "massage" me. I quote massage, because honestly, there was nothing that happened except for her just putting weight on my body. No rubbing of my muscles, no movement of her hands... just weight in different areas. It was so bizarre. I've only gotten 4 massages in my life (this being my 4th), and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. She asked if I had any trouble areas, I said my lower back, and she spent about 1 minute there, and the other 59 minutes were spent elsewhere. She even forgot to massage my other leg, so everything felt uneven. I'm not exaggerating. And this was supposed to be a "full body" massage. I left confused, still with lower back pain, and disappointed. I really wish I remember or even got her name so I could see if she really even had a massage therapist license, because it didn't seem like it. My husband and I compared our experiences afterward, and his was nothing like mine. His masseuse did an entirely different technique, leaving him relaxed. I have gone to Moonlight a couple times before this appointment. I made a same day appointment: 1.5hrs Deep Tissue / Sport / Shiatsu Massage on Jul 5, 3:00 pm with Kim. I got there and checked in. I was asked to wait a little bit while 'Kim' finished up her other client. I waited there for 15 minutes when I asked the woman in the front, how much longer I'll be waiting, she asked to my appointment was with, I told her Kim, and she replied 'that's me!' She had been sitting on her phone in the front waiting room the whole time. I was then ushered to a room and told to get ready for the massage. Where the massage and vibe is lacking: Kim asked me how long massage was for since she didn't know. She started the massage standing on my back instead of warming up my muscles. She had rushed short movements. Kim left my limbs out from under the sheet, which made me feel cold throughout the whole massage. Kim did not move the pillow to the appropriate place so my legs were hyperextended for part of the massage. The list goes on... To top it off, when I paid in cash and asked for change back (massage $95, I gave $200 because I want to change) she had already deducted the tip she wanted and gave me back $85. That is unprofessional to assume the tip amount. I probably won't be going back to this location. I do not recommend Kim. read more

Tonight I had Em or M and it was heaven. I had a baby 9 months ago and due to covid this is the first massage I have gotten. Well worth the wait.
