I remember ordering pho and having enough leftovers for another meal, but now it's easy to finish a large in one sitting. The fried spring rolls are $11.95 for 5 or 6 rolls, which also feels steep. It would be nice if they offered a half order for single diners. Being charged $1-$2 for extra basil, sprouts, lime, or jalapeños also feels unnecessary given the overall pricing. Small touches like that would go a long way in making customers feel valued. I also went in for pickup recently and noticed the preset tip options were 30%, 40%, and 50%, which felt excessive for a takeout order. As someone who works in the restaurant industry and typically tips generously, I was honestly caught off guard.
