( they said another leak was main seal ).. So I went to Ford dealer because they replaced the seal a couple months ago . But they told me I needed a new timing cover to fix my bad oil leak .. went to Monzon and there price was almost half the price of the Dealer . They put it on the rack and immediately called me to show the oil was leaking from the main seal as they said before ( warranty from ford) They sent me back to the dealer and " No charge for the diagnostic) Prompt , honest , fair price and even the ford dealer approved of them as they fixed my main seal after all !!! read more

Do not use this garage! The father/son shop act as if you are the best customer around yet once they are paid they ignore you. Over a period of MONTHS (!) several attempts have been made for them to repair costly mistakes that they made and admitted to, when the car was finally returned to them they caused even more damage and denied that too. Their ethics suck, their ability sucks, and they have taken advantage of a disabled person with little income and laugh all the way to the bank. Making random other repairs on my car and wasn't notified about it. It had to go to the shop TWICE because their first attempt was "resolved" and suddenly the vehicle broke down and I had no idea why, they returned it to the shop it broke down from and claimed I owe them"$10" for gas??? Should of have told me before hand about all these additional cost! But that's how they get their money. They are the ONLY mechanics I will go to! I used to have an '89 Jeep Cherokee that was in pretty bad shape (hoses would constantly burst, engine would randomly shut off, etc.), and I'll admit I don't know too much about cars. Never have I felt pressured into unwanted repairs. They'll tell me if they feel something can wait, or if it should be done sooner (never "right now"). They'll patiently explain what's going on and how they would like to fix it. If I didn't want to do a specific repair, they simply say "ok", and go complete the work! I even took a mechanic friend with me to make sure I wasn't being swindled, and he vouched for everything they said. Honesty and no hassle! Best of all - when they made a repair, it worked. These guys have mechanics that are very rude and irrational. I overheard a AAA driver apologizing for upsetting them due to passing their shop quickly. (which they yelled at the driver when he did) Now, I dont use Yelp as you can tell this account is new. But I felt the need to make an account to tell this story. The AAA driver started telling the mechanic that he was going for a 6 month old baby trapped inside of locked car with the windows up. The mechanic told the AAA driver that he was an idiot and that even if a baby is locked in a car that he was not a cop or firefighter and is just a roadside service provider. In my opinion, the mechanic should have praised the AAA driver for actually caring about life enough to get to a 6 month old quickly and save them from a vehicle with the windows up as the driver described. The AAA driver did not have to explain himself to these ungrateful people, however he did. These guys need to get a grip on life and care more for others rather than their opinions of people because of their job titles. This mechanic that spoke to this AAA driver as he did should be ashamed and should have been the one apologizing in my opinion. I would never go to this garage, simply for the fact of hearing this. I needed my rotors changed because my 2002 Jeep Cherokee was shaking really bad every time I stepped on the break. I went to Monzon Garage and I told them what my car was doing and before I could say it, they told me it was my rotors! So I left my Jeep with them and they even offered me a ride home! (always a plus). Long story short, they charged me $275 for two new front rotors (one for each brake) and they also threw in some new breaks with that.
