I am not in Colorado, but our trailer IS and we were headed to the beautiful middle of nowhere (aahhh). So I needed to coordinate with The Spring Works for the proper timing of our appointment and the correct parts since we only had one day to get this done. I must have called Brian five or six times (or more) just being nervous about things going smoothly. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional, he made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands and that it would be done right. I was told that they would start looking for parts, but how would they know what parts need to be replaced if they have not been able to troubleshoot the problem I say call somebody else or take it to the dealership.

Can't really recommend any deal with a consignment dealer that is 'professional' enough to call their clients dropping f-bomb's. There are lots of choices to buy and sell an RV. I'd look elsewhere.

Rimrock is saying we should haul it down to the yard because they only have one person that can service it - bad service! Trent got mad and backed out when he learned of it. To be clear the state said he broke no law. Just bad practices. I really thought that a dealer would be a better route. I learned that Humphreys does not care about their customers.
