Gave him a sizable deposit for parts. 3 weeks later he was ready for my car HIs excuse why so long? "Waiting for parts". His estimate for completion was 4-5 days. It was there for 5 weeks. He lied about waiting on parts repeatedly. I'm convinced he spent my deposit on something else. After repeated calls, visits to his shop where most of them found the shop empty' too many messages and phones calls to count. So nearly 2 months after giving him a deposit, I go my car back, but he broke the Honda decals, so he said he needed to get new ones. Once again multiple calls, and fruitless trips to his shop and his repeated broken promises, nearly 4 weeks later I still don't have the 2 decals, (which I already paid for). The stress over this has been ridicules. It wasn't until I asked to just get my car back (which he wasn't going to return my $2000.00 deposit), that he slightly paid attention I threatened court. But then I when I asked to get my car back, he said he could return the parts to try to get my $2000.00 back, yet the excuses he kept using was that he was waiting for parts. If he had the parts, then why wasn't he getting the job done? So I asked if i could just pick up my car and I would also pick up the new parts.? Then i was ignored again. Working with him has truly been a nightmare. This entire experience has going on now since Jan. 29th 2026, today is 4/20/2026. Nearly 3 months, and it's not complete

Dej John needed to match a pretty unusual color and did so to perfection. The passenger rear view mirror needed replaced and he worked tirelessly to find a replacement as it had unusual connections. We could not locate the correct mirror but found one that would work. I happened to get an email from E-bay informing me they had a mirror that was a salvage and it had the correct connections so I ordered it, took it to the Shop. It needed some genius to fix some broken parts (had to manufacture them himself) and then did not charge me for connecting and attaching the mirror. I would never go anywhere else for repair work and De John is the kindest person I have ever worked with.

As an ex employee there, I have insight to the inner workings here. In my opinion, they are quite a…read moreshady business. I have seen more padded estimates there than i have ever seen. They write to replace a roof skin when any other shop would have 6-7 hours of repair on it, replace a quarter panel for fairly minor damage, replace undamaged headlights and taillights and other parts and then there is a guy who comes in and buys the old headlights and taillights. And as a tech, any time I would point out these things, the production manager would go off on me. I would let my supervisor know of this and nothing ever happened about it. I was finally let go because they overheard that I was looking elsewhere, and they lied to the unemployment insurance which I will be looking in to an attorney. Also they paid me significantly less than they promised me when I moved out here from Minnesota plus no 401k like i was assured of. And now I find out a friend of mine had his Tacoma fixed there and as he says, they did him dirty. Supposedly replaced the grille and headlight with nee parts but he found out they were glued together. All in all, the shadiest place I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I ABSOLUTELY stand by this statement about this place and I honestly expect there to be threats and attempted repercussions for this but there is definitely a paper trail to validate my claims They even have gone so far as to contact my present employer and disparage me literally monntgs after I left there... I guess the fact that they have basically no insurance adjusters to keep them honest really shows the lack of character of this family... when they feel the need to bombard the people with their embarrassing radio commercials several times an hour, Bellering on how "Superior" they are, probably should consider bringing your vehicle elsewhere...

He also told me that they don't mask off anyting. Then he tried to tell me they couldn't blend because I had a clear coat. Kind of hard to believe he never heard of submitting you supplement to the insurance company. For the work that they did do was satisfactory. Their shortcomings came from the office.

Mild satisfaction that my heavy duty hitch went through his radiator like a hot knife through butter, but I digress. Dean and his team at Moore's (who, incidentally, have been in business something like forty years - you don't survive this industry doing bad work), did a stunning job of fixing the truck, matching the paint, and oh by the way cleaning the truck prior to me picking it up! (who does that, these days?!!). Dean kept me informed during the whole insurance estimate, parts ordering, and work performance process. He also 'went to bat' for me on a part that insurance initially wanted a used replacement on. He got me a new part, and I'm glad he did - after seeing the repair, I am pretty sure the used route would not have looked right. Overall, customer service, process management, and repair were all exceptional! I highly recommend you go see Dean and the team at Moore's for any auto body needs that arise. You won't be disappointed!

I have a Subaru Crosstrek. I was rear ended on 6 & 50 and pushed into the truck in front of me. Did not look terribly damaged but the brunt of the hit was taken by my hitch which led to bent rails. AND with pushed into the truck in front of me, HIS hitch went through my front bumper causing damage to the radiator and condenser. It was stressful but they were reassuring from the start. I picked up my car originally last night but had a stressful moment that turned out to be a bad sensor that did not get caught when they were doing their final inspections. They more than made up for it, getting me another rental car (as I had already turned in my insurance one) and going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of (even buying us dinner!). Finally got my car back early this afternoon and could not be happier. It looks great and again, I really appreciate all the hard work done to make a customer happy. Thank you to both Larry and Nick for a wonderful experience. We hope to not ever have to return (ha!), but if something else happened to our cars we would come back to you in a heartbeat. Thanks again. (And on a side note, when the car was "overheating" or so said the sensors, I never EVER felt "mansplained" so to speak, by any of them. They were all so genuine and kind in explaining what was happening.)
