Dropped the truck off at my allotted time and was advised it would take a couple of hours...ready by 1PM and that I would receive a phone call when complete. At 2:17PM I called to check on progress...no answer. Drove to the shop at 2:45PM, and my truck was still sitting where I left it at 10AM with nothing done. Was told they were "backed up". No apology or attempt to rectify the situation, just an excuse that if I had taken my truck to a body shop I would have received the same type of service (!). Why schedule appointments if they're not going to be honored, or at the very least, call to advise and ask if I wanted to wait or reschedule? In addition to the dent removal I have a vehicle that needs tinting. After this experience, I certainly won't be using Dent Doctor.
