Beware of this guy. His quote for a new RV air conditioner was hard to accept but I was willing to do so as it was the weekend during a heatwave. On Monday I was able to locate a new unit at a reputable dealer in town and when I informed Mr. Lucero that I needed installation only, he confirmed that he would be there first thing in the morning to install it. Mid-morning I called him and he claimed to not know who I was. When I made further calls, he did not pick up. I had to break camp and tow my RV to the reputable dealer who installed the unit in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The dealer did the install and disposed of the old unit at no additional cost whereas Mr. Lucero was going to charge $280 for disposal.

I complained and they gave me my $500 deductible back. However, upon taking it to the dealership for membership routine maintenance, I was informed that their poorly done work had deprivation my vehicles value by over $5000 easily, so I would've rather just paid my deductible and had my vehicle repaired correctly with integrity. Now, I'm stuck figuring out who to take it to that is trust worthy and cover the cost of fixing all of the work done out of pocket, verses the insurance finances they were paid to do the job to begin with.
