I took my Jeep here to have repairs done on the driver side. I had a deer wipeout the driver side…read more They had the Jeep for a week and a half and told me I hit a boulder. I told them how when I had fur stuck in the rim/tire, blood and bone on my side step. I even showed them pics of the incident and they still didn't believe me. They told my insurance company that I hit a boulder(after the insurance approved the repairs). Mind you my deductible is only $100.(They said a lot of people have scammed the insurance company's out of $$$). This was during COVID when insurance adjusters didn't come out to look at it. They had video and pics. The shop demanded that the insurance company send an adjuster to look at the damage. He took one look and said do it. When it was finally done (4 weeks). I picked it up. After I left my driver side window was making a lot of noise when rolling it up and down. So, I went back the same day for them to look at it and they said it was off track. But it still make a clunk every once in a while.

Dropped the truck off at my allotted time and was advised it would take a couple of hours...ready by 1PM and that I would receive a phone call when complete. At 2:17PM I called to check on progress...no answer. Drove to the shop at 2:45PM, and my truck was still sitting where I left it at 10AM with nothing done. Was told they were "backed up". No apology or attempt to rectify the situation, just an excuse that if I had taken my truck to a body shop I would have received the same type of service (!). Why schedule appointments if they're not going to be honored, or at the very least, call to advise and ask if I wanted to wait or reschedule? In addition to the dent removal I have a vehicle that needs tinting. After this experience, I certainly won't be using Dent Doctor.
