Rather than immediately saying yes, they actually told him it really wasn't necessary for a while. Also, I heard them looking online to order parts and talked about how cheap one of them was and how expensive another one was, but then saw a good quality part, at a very reasonable price and ordered it. There's not many mechanics around now that would be that honest. The owner walked in, and I told him how much I appreciated how I was treated and how he treated the other customers. I thanked him for donating to our non-profit. They've been in business since 1984, and in a small town like Delta, that says a lot. If I need mechanical work, I will definitely be going there again.

I live in Denver so the 5 hour drive didn't sound like the best way to spend my weekend. We discussed shipping the truck and found the cheapest option but the process was going to take longer than I wanted. So after talking with Ricardo about it, he told me he would drive the truck and meet me halfway. Before committing to the truck he facetimed me and showed me all of the areas of concern so that we wouldn't be wasting each others time if there was a problem I couldn't look past. From the customer service to the transparency, I would highly recommend these guys to family and friends.

I looked around and read reviews for all the best reviewed places in town. Called them, and they suggested I call Fraser Automatics because the other place was so busy. Just left Fraser after they worked tirelessly on my truck for hours to keep the front wheels from coming off. Gotta tell you, my truck is MUCH happier and the folks at Fraser did a wonderful job. I'll be going back in the next month or so to have some more work done when I can afford it. Everyone at Fraser is a true professional, no time wasted, no pressure to sell you things you don't need, they finished on time and on budget, no surprises at the end. And I drove off confident that A. They had done and excellent job, and B. That I would be bringing my truck back to them soon to have some more work done without a second of hesitation or reservation. I firmly believe in supporting locally owned and operated business instead of cold impersonal chains. Fraser is exactly the kind of business I'm happy to give my money too. I'm so glad I did, and will be scheduling to go back in the near future! So, best business in town? Yes, without question!!!
