They set me up with an appointment after getting info on my truck and what I wanted repaired. I dealt with Hailey and she was great with her promptness of returning texts and providing me with an estimate. I met Logan the day I dropped the truck off and he showed me around the shop and some of his current projects. Even though my car is a 13 yr old Prius with 200k miles he was careful to adjust the ramp and use blocks to avoid scraping the bumper. AAA set up the appointment and I called to give a better location. The owner (I presume) answered and was friendly and helpful. This was in a Sunday afternoon.
