After some time, the mechanic came into the waiting room to say he couldn't get the old oil filter off and implied I had waited too long between changes and now it was stuck. I told him the oil change was on time, using Toyota's mileage between oil changes guidelines. To make matters worse, There was no discount for the botched service and he even gave me the unused oil filter he wasn't able to put in. I said I wasn't happy, and he said he understood, but could do nothing more. If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen that!

Rather than immediately saying yes, they actually told him it really wasn't necessary for a while. Also, I heard them looking online to order parts and talked about how cheap one of them was and how expensive another one was, but then saw a good quality part, at a very reasonable price and ordered it. There's not many mechanics around now that would be that honest. The owner walked in, and I told him how much I appreciated how I was treated and how he treated the other customers. I thanked him for donating to our non-profit. They've been in business since 1984, and in a small town like Delta, that says a lot. If I need mechanical work, I will definitely be going there again.

The employees were very helpful, one came out to the pickup, determined the battery size, had it in stock, placed both batteries on the cart and came out with me and helped (mostly performed) installation of both batteries. One battery was fairly difficult to install. I appreciated the assistance very much, it turned out I needed assistance to install both batteries.
