The employees were very helpful, one came out to the pickup, determined the battery size, had it in stock, placed both batteries on the cart and came out with me and helped (mostly performed) installation of both batteries. One battery was fairly difficult to install. I appreciated the assistance very much, it turned out I needed assistance to install both batteries. I offered to reward the person with money but it was refused. Since they would not take money, I felt it was necessary to post a review of how helpful the person was and let others know of the excellent assistance you can expect from Advance Auto Parts. There is a sign front of store that says they will let you borrow tool. Eric said that didn't have that tool to borrow. Eric is a bad manager treats customers with no respect. Needs his ass kicked.

The staff is more than willing to research their system to find the correct parts. The only way you'll get the wrong part is if you don't ask for assistance or you just know from experience. I did so, was charged 92$ and brought the part back for a full refund. When I asked if this was the policy I was told that they "cant just keep swaping parts out until the car gets fixed". No apology, nothing. I knew the part was bad immedietly and felt they should have returned it with no questions or demands on my part. After all this is presumably, a place where backyard mechanics buy parts, not professionals. I wonder if I had different parts down yonder if I would have been treated this way.
