I can only speak from my experience, that Mr. Lucero appears to prey on elderly people. His prices are astronomical, he apparently does not own a watch, does not keep appointments, or return phone calls. While I was at a disadvantage he took steps to take advantage of me. Beware of this guy. His quote for a new RV air conditioner was hard to accept but I was willing to do so as it was the weekend during a heatwave. On Monday I was able to locate a new unit at a reputable dealer in town and when I informed Mr. Lucero that I needed installation only, he confirmed that he would be there first thing in the morning to install it. Mid-morning I called him and he claimed to not know who I was. When I made further calls, he did not pick up. I had to break camp and tow my RV to the reputable dealer who installed the unit in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The dealer did the install and disposed of the old unit at no additional cost whereas Mr. Lucero was going to charge $280 for disposal. read more

Took 3 phone calls to get a hold of this gentleman... that's not the problem Spoke to this gentleman regarding a propane issue on my travel trailer that was covered under warranty. He responded that he does not work with warranty companies but that he would supply a receipt/invoice that I could submit to my warranty company. He then emailed me a receipt via his phone that had the price of the service only... no description of the service provided... no invoice number... no part number... no labor costs... no address to his company... no phone number to his company... all items my warranty service requires ad all items that are on a normal invoice for service of this type. After numerous attempts to contact and only 1 promise to get me an invoice... over a week later, I still have not received a response back for my repeated requests. This man even has a Christian fish on his business card. I went through my credit card company for a refund on his services minus the deductible my warranty would have required. He couldn't get the part before I had to leave Grand Junction, or I would have gladly paid to have it fixed. Since I knew what part was needed, I ordered it myself and had it shipped ahead to my home. The part arrived the day after we got home and I installed it myself. Mr. Lucero was spot on in his diagnosis and the part he identified solved the problem. I gave him my key o my RV storage compartment so he could do the repairs while I was at work. He never showed up and never returned my multiple calls.
