Karen answered, listened to my situation and immediately said "I will get the Guys out to measure today" I was blown away from the sense of urgency Karen gave to my situation. It was 90 degrees in my house. her Sons, Nate and Tucker did come out eventhough I was at work. When I got home at 5pm, Rob, Karen's husband was at my home. He wanted to confirm the measurements his sons had made since my installation was not typical. The very next day, Nate and Tucker were at my home dismantling my rotten old cooler. They had to have a piece manufactured to properly fit my roof and did so in less than 2 hours.
