The service man, Dakota, showed up, assessed the problem and was able to give us a reasonable quote for the replacement and installation of a new hot water heater. He showed up the next day at the time he said he would and was able to have us with hot water again within a few hours. We were very pleased with the work and will most likely refer to them should we need any other plumbing work. Btw, the new water heater is working twice as well as the old one.

I can't say enough bad about the first company or enough good about Amico!

Anyway, my complaint is that they changed me for nothing... I had scheduled an appointment to have my swamp cooler winterized on a TH I rent out. It is a two story, and apparently I was told and recorded that Countryside Plumbing only services single level homes. They apparently can't use a ladder and per my tenant did not bring one with them... Anyway, I was charged a fee of $85 because they showed up, even though there was a miss communication and they refused to do the job even when I provided a ladder... I called to talk to the manager and was told he took the day off... I don't believe this was clearly communicated by their receptionist or scheduling staff. What plumber working on a roof does not use a ladder ‍ Don't get taken by their poor business practices...

Yesterday my husband left town, today I came home from work to troubleshoot but even with the windows open and fans going, my little dog was panting and lethargic, half her water was gone. So I decided to call around again, leaving messages, and this was the first company that actually answered the phone! And it was a person! She took my address and name, then 5 minutes later Nathan called back and said he'd be here in 20 minutes - but arrived 10 minutes after we hung up. He had my A/C up and running in less than 30 minutes, and since it was just the capacitor my total bill was $112 - well worth it! Nathan was very sweet and professional, he explained to me that Griffith Home Solutions is a family business, I think his dad owns the company, his brother also works for the company, and it was actually his sister who answered my call. I'll definitely call them FIRST from now on!

It isn't always the norm to find that someone truly cares about the well being of the customers being served. Dave is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and personable. The jobs that easygoing, calm, very capable and competent electrician Garrett took care of for me required two full dedicated electrical days as well as two extra quick visits coordinating with a plumber and an HVAC pro. Between Dave and Garrett, I felt like they went well above and beyond to dial in my 101 year old house. I am beyond grateful for all the meticulous work and the way they handled a very curious, communicative (overly so!) hands on homeowner: I learned a lot from them and will not forget how they made the herculean task of upgrading all the exterior knob and tube wiring seem so much simpler and easy than it really is. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation will remain a constant every time I look at all the results. Referrals to anyone and everyone I know who needs electrical work is a no brainer: not one of the five star reviews I see on Google reviews is a surprise. If I could, I would give them ten stars.
