We had seven family members driving up from Arizona within the hour one adult and six kids. Another five coming on Sunday. Our neighbor had used ASAP before and said they were great. I called and left a message at 11:30 pm Saturday. Mike called me back Sunday morning with an apology for not getting back to me sooner. I was shocked! I didn't expect to hear back from anyone until Tuesday. Mike explained he gives his employees off on the holidays, and he covers the calls. Mike said he could come out within the next hour or so. Not only did Mike and his father show up and fix our problem, but he is also the first plumber in this area to clean up the mess. ASAP will be who we recommend to everyone. If you want an excellent company that has customer service, an excellent work ethic and cares about taking care of the customer, then don't waste your time calling anywhere else. I apologize for taking this long to write the review. We can't thank you and your father enough for being there for us!

He also replaced a faulty zone value on the boiler and found my water pressure regulator was not functioning. While on-site, I asked about a 20-plus-year-old zone heating thermostat that had been causing me some concern. He educated me on how they work and the cost of replacement. The information was clear and his price reasonable. Bill's work was done quickly, efficiently, and appreciated. Will call him again. I believe Bill to be a fellow I can trust.

I believe Dave is his name, well anyway he completely fucked us over yesterday and today. Our…read moreheater was not working correctly so we called this company to come take a look at it and fix it. The first issue that occurred was that Dave charged us for a part that is 20$ online but 98$ threw this company, didn't let us buy our own part and just charged us for it without letting us discuss and buy our own for WAYYY CHEAPER. Then come to find out AFTER he leaves and our heater is "fixed" ($300 later) it's broken and instead of coming back right away to fix it he let us wait until today and had us basically freeze all night. And when we called him back to let him know it was not working he gave us attitude and made it seem like it was the end of the world he had to come back and fix it; he made a snotty comment that said "well I am going to see if I have time and move some other things around, so I don't know when I'll be able to come back" (Which he didn't even fix, we're calling another company) And now there is another part in the heater that was working perfectly fine before Dave touched our heater but now it has been fried?? after Chamac "fixed" our heater, Dave claims the piece that "magically" fried is $350. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business, unless you want your money going down the drain for nothing. HORRIBLE service, never again. I hope no one else has to go through what my family and I did.

Dave Fisher is a stellar human being and an absolutely top notch business owner who has been in…read morebusiness for a very long time in this valley: he hasn't lost one ounce of enthusiasm for his profession or for providing excellent service and customer service to his customers. It isn't always the norm to find that someone truly cares about the well being of the customers being served. Dave is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and personable. The jobs that easygoing, calm, very capable and competent electrician Garrett took care of for me required two full dedicated electrical days as well as two extra quick visits coordinating with a plumber and an HVAC pro. Between Dave and Garrett, I felt like they went well above and beyond to dial in my 101 year old house. I am beyond grateful for all the meticulous work and the way they handled a very curious, communicative (overly so!) hands on homeowner: I learned a lot from them and will not forget how they made the herculean task of upgrading all the exterior knob and tube wiring seem so much simpler and easy than it really is. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation will remain a constant every time I look at all the results. Referrals to anyone and everyone I know who needs electrical work is a no brainer: not one of the five star reviews I see on Google reviews is a surprise. If I could, I would give them ten stars.
